Great place, nice atmosphere. Slightly over priced...
Great place, nice atmosphere. Slightly over priced for the food though.
Great place, nice atmosphere. Slightly over priced for the food though.
Incredible place. Good value. Good food. Good venue.
Had a fabulous time for the mother-in-laws birthday. Can't recommend The Hundred House enough. Food was out of this world. Rooms are awesome with very comfy beds and the gardens are beautifully kept. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. Loved our stay
Very small place as a wedding venue, bar to small however bar staff was quick to serve you
It's ok but nothing special, I would not go out of my way to go back but if you are passing pop in.
Restaurant not hotel - celebrated a family big birthday here on a Sunday. Great place to go. Food was lavish, tasty and great value too. Very well looked after by the staff and had an amazing time. Also love the variety of beers on tap - rare to find, especially in a place so rural
The Hundred house at Norton near Bridge north was a fantastic venue for the wedding we attended ! Everything was perfect and very professional xx Stephen & Karen from Telford xx
Great food in a relaxed atmosphere. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Had dinner in the Restaurant ... can only say it was delicious
We were at a wedding and had a great time, the staff were great.
Great place for a wedding. Great food. Well run and brilliant staff.
We got married here in February 2018 and it was such a perfect day. Gemma is absolutely amazing and is so organised and make sure your day goes smoothly - nothing is too much trouble for her. The food is incredible! Our guests still talk about it now. The waiting staff are wonderful and were so lovely to our guests and so efficient. We had the best day ever at the Hundred House Hotel and would recommend it to anyone looking for a magical venue for their special day!
Very friendly with plenty of room to go out for a meal and a drink in safety.. A good size garden with the bonus of the enchanted garden to have a look around... well worth a visit
Pleasant atmosphere, charming pub in beautiful Shropshire with a lovely lunchtime menu.
Excellent atmosphere, love the history. Food is great too
Slightly overpriced but lovely food, excellent service
Attended a wedding yesterday. It was a beautiful experience. Bravo to the staff who provided the service. It was a wonderful day.
This is a great country pub, with quirky vibe and history.
Staff really accommodating, brilliant food and vegan options.
Would recommend
Really nice restaurant. The service is great and the food is delicious.
Food is absolutely top notch! Every part of the dinner was spot on, could not recommend highly enough. Can't wait to return!!
Lovely food, nice beer garden and uniquely decorated dining area. All round nice place to go for a meal
Absolutely beautiful, it was our wedding anniversary today, the staff made it so special for us. Food irresistible , the staff were wonderful day. 100% perfect in every way.
Stunning barn conversion. Fantastic food. Swings in the bedrooms. Fantastic gardens
Lovely gardens x2 and friendly staff. I've always enjoyed myself here and my sister's wedding last year was no exception. It was a wonderful day. Beer abit pricey, but you pay for more than just the beer when you visit places like this.
Beautiful venue for the wedding reception I was at. Lovely place for a small gathering
Beautiful day for my nieces wedding but the meal was Terrible. The only course that was ok to eat was the dessert and that was a cheese cake!!
Excellent service and atmosphere. Such a lovely place to eat with great menu choices.
Fantastic Gastro Pub with a menu and drinks to suit all tastes.
You can also visit the herb garden which the kitchen uses every day.
Well worth the effort to visit.
Wonderful food and service in a very nice environment. Don't forget to wander round the gardens after your meal.
15th April 2018 my daughter Rebecca and Dan held their wedding. What a fantastic day
Special thanks to Jemma Jake Josh and all the team for the attention to detail, Which made for a very special day
Beautiful meal, great service, friendly staff. Thank you Hundred House.
Fun service, good selection of local bids, quality-price ratio fits.
The Hundred House is my most favourite place to relax and have a meal. We had our wedding day there it was so special as my parents have been taking me and my sister to there since I was a little girl. It's beautiful gardens and restaurant is the perfect place for a special evening or lunchtime treat.
We had family wedding there, all good and an interesting venue. Some 14th century rooms with a hint of spooky atmosphere. A good time was had by all
Fantastic food, service and place! Lovely garden too
Stunning pub, lots of character, charming and romantic, beer well kept, lovely gardens I summer, a real delight to visit.
Gourmet prices, poor presentation and tasteless recipes. Lovely place spoilt, shame.
Our wedding at The Hundred House was perfect from the initial booking process right through to the big day! As a couple we are both wedding photographers and there was never any doubt where we were wanting to get married. Our January wedding was perfect, Gemma and the team were always on hand to answer any questions we had and helped us visualise how we wanted our day to go and made sure nothing was less than perfect. The feedback from everyone was how amazing the day was. There is nothing about the day we would change. The only sadness I have now is no reason to email Gemma with my random suggestions, but now we have gained a life long friend and can't wait till we're back there capturing someone else's special day. Anyone questioning a winter wedding should have no fear, the venue is cosy, comfy and the log burners make it that much more perfect.
As Usual an Amazing place AMAZING food great ambience. Stuart and Jo make this place so inviting.
Stayed at the very top, if you don't mind stairs it's well worth it. We have stayed several times here in the same room, my only criticism is the mattress should be replaced very soon as its not as comfortable now. The staff as always very polite and helpful. Sunday evening menu is very limited but the food was nice, would have been better if the portions were adequate
Beautiful place with stunning food. Would reccomend everyone give it a try.
Went for a wedding. Great location, really polite and attentive staff, nice outdoors areas.
We had an excellent Sunday lunch here I would highly recommend it also the place itself is beautiful
Excellent wedding venue; would highly recommend it!
Staff and venue were fantastic, we attended a wedding and it was a great day
Went to view the venue for a wedding, really friendly staff, everything clearly explained, beautiful venue and some of the best food I've eaten
What a fantastic place, outstanding food, fabulous service. Quite simply the best Sunday lunch we have ever had.
Very spacious and greater by wonderful staff. Tables spreed out and a beautiful warm place.
Food excellent and services. 10 out of 10 and good luck.
Welcoming and friendly, table's nicely spaced out, service was great and the food was delightful. Looking forward to going back for a beer in their wonderful garden's
Excellent food staff are very attentive good range of beers and wines
Lovely food and building. History lesson .. very interesting.
I had a 3 course meal here with work colleagues. Food was great and the staff were friendly. I can't comment on the drink as I had Coke all night.
Prices seemed reasonable for the quality of the food. The atmosphere seemed relaxed, just like your expect from a country style pub.
Would definitely return in the future.
I attending a wedding party in the Barn. Good food and very nice venue however parking was limited and the barn itself was a little small for the amount of people.
Beautifully quirky and genuine inside, lovely gardens out.
Fantastic meal and service and accessible for wheelchair user.
My thoughts are on the eating and drinking not the accommodation. This place has bags of character but the service is not great from start to finish. When you walk into a place that looks this good, you want service to match but it seems unenthusiastic, almost unwelcoming. I have been a few times but it's always the same and recently I have stopped going altogether. I suspect I will be back as the food is very good but the place could be so much better.
The food was very good with a lot of it home made. The setting was really nice and cosy.
Brilliant place to stay, would highly recommend to anyone exploring the area.
Always a pleasure , great food, good beer, quirky rooms
Excellent
Quint old building
Friendly staff great food and beer
Always food is amazing here & it's so nice surrounding staff very helpful and friendly
We've been coming here for at least 25 years, it hasn't changed much over this time which is its appeal for us.
We are in unprecedented times and with the government giving us a tenner to dine out everywhere seems busy, the HHH seemingly doing very well judging by the overflowing car park. You have to book in advance but for some reason our booking didn't get as far as the restaurant.
They have erected a "glamping tent / marquee" in the garden, I assume to compensate for reduced space in the main building, or is it to accommodate the walk in trade or lost bookings? I was disappointed to find us being seated in the tent for our wedding anniversary meal. I'm afraid that rain on plastic, annoying music and a thermostatic hot air blower didn't quite do it for me, even if it did have chandeliers. Pity the wedding barn isn't available.
Unfortunately the Three Tuns and Heritage Ale weren't in good order and I had to return both in favour of a safe glass of red.
We went straight into the mains and had excellent sirloin and fillet steaks. I thought the trimmings to my sirloin were less than exciting and suggest the sachet condiments wouldn't be popular at a lay-by cafe.
We really enjoyed the cheese cake desserts, and so we ended on a good note; until the bill arrived.
I was attending a wedding fayre at the Hundred House Hotel, staff were very friendly, welcoming and bubbly throughout all areas. (In the barn and in the bar ) The place is very enchanting and magical, i want to keep going back, even if its to have a drink in the lovely gardens.
Take a walk around the fabulous gardens at the rear. Something different to see at each intersection.
What a lovely place. Good service from cheerful helpful staff. Good choice of lunch type food and excellently cooked. And on top of all that they had a Wedding on and we got served in good time without any hassle.
Great first meal after lockdown easing allowed restaurants to open. The Hundred House have laid on a great menu, lots of choice and all supported with thoughtful touches to ensure clients and staff feel safe and sound.
We'll be back for street food Saturday!
