The Hotel Brussels Review

Stayed a few days while traveling through. The parking structure located next door is convenient. Service from the concierge, cleaning and front desk staff is courteous. The room layout and view makes the room feel larger than it is. Daily replenishment of amenities and the lounge use is a nice touch.

If you come for the Tomorrowland, this hotel is the best. Full service, comfort and food, close to the best shops of the best brands, three blocks away there is a super market.

bit poor in isolation. Noises were pretty intense and they have no smoke detectors, hence the cigarette smell coming from the adjacent room.

The former Hilton Brussels. Chic hotel with, on the floors, a magnificent view of the courthouse of Brussels and the confines of the city. Nice and intimate bar, quality catering. The hotel is located in the luxury shopping district of Brussels. There is enough to heat up your credit card!

Passage to the bar of The Hotel. Exactly what we can expect from this type of place: calm, quality, ... the price.

We tried the restaurant at this hotel, "the restaurant" delightful moment, decorations, dishes, flavors all went well!

The room was superb but no welcome and the staff was not very pleasant.

What an amazing hotel from the moment you step in the door. We arrived well before check in, and were treated with a smile, and very helpful staff, who allocated us a room right away. Room was lovely, with a great view over the City (18th Floor) Would definitely return to the hotel when in Brussels.

Very nicely appointed hotel centrally located a short walk from the Platz area.

it use to be a very romantiek hotel the did it so modern that people hate it

Enjoy, service top, friendly top welcome, panaroma room and lounge, sauna with beautiful view over Brussels!

I do not put 5 stars because the service leaves something to be desired. (Reception a little slow to relax, no words of welcome.) The conciergerie (in terms of advice) on vacation ... we put all the most important service of a hotel on vacation at the same time? when we ask the reception they do not really know ... When we came back at 4 pm we still had not made the room of my father ... he had to call for it to come to him ... So the service is really great.I will just add that the gym deserves a small modernization.

Fantastic hotel, especially if you are on the top floors: 20+, then you have a magnificent view of Brussels. Central location, parking available. Good restaurant. When upgrading to an executive room you get access to the Panorama Lounge on the 24th floor including small snacks and a drink.

Very modern looking rooms, with excellent view of the city. There are panoramic rooms that come with a lounge access and complimentary drinks. Breakfast included and was excellent. Will definitely come back!

Unconvincing lounge bar service, orders made three times to two different servers. Arrival at 6.30pm and service at 7.15pm for three drinks.
No gesture from the staff pretending that it was not their responsibility, too bad for such an establishment. It would deserve a star, but this is the first time this has happened to us at The Hotel.

A very nice hotel. Room on the sixth floor thought of asking higher up we are limited compared to the view.

My favorite hotel in Brussels !!! I was on the 24th floor in a beautiful room with a view, access to the Lounge with everything at will and breakfast on the 27th! TOP !!!

Awesome. The welcome, the decor, the rooms. We got a room on the 23rd floor and the view was really good. The breakfast is varied and complete. Well located hotel, 20 minutes walk from the main square.

The -: Parking at 35 euros per day while you can pay 18 euros for 24 hours in a public car park.

It is possible to connect to Screen Mirroring on the television, several people made a mistake and turned on our TV remotely as a result, while it was off ...

Friendly, helpful staff at reception. Super spacious room with a splendid view over Brussels. YOU CAN PLAY ANGRY BRIDS ON THE TELLY! Amenities: Shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, body lotion, hand soap. Complimentary minibar. Also loved the shower! Breakfast buffet offers all a grumpy self could want, including coffee that is actually strong enough. 6 pillows on the bed. Strong wifi.

The only negative point might be the strong hotel scent in the lobby and corridors.

It s an ok hotel but for the price I don t think it s especially worth it. The entire hotel seems to be running on a skeleton staff, something especially noticeable at breakfast and check in.

Speaking of breakfast it s incredibly expensive here for what is on offer. 27 a head is a ridiculous price for the small selection of food and juices (not freshly squeezed) that are available. You have a multitude of other options in Brussels for a better, more interesting breakfast at a much better price. The Hotels breakfast isn t worth it.

The rooms are small and the toiletries advertised on the in room entertainment system (which is also impossible to connect your own tech to) aren t whats in the room.

The housekeeping is very good though. I was very impressed by how fast and clean the rooms are overall.

I stayed here for a business trip .Very disappointed in their service as the room service in dining plate stayed out my door for the 3rd day as I am speaking. It started smelling for how long it stayed out. Will not come to this hotel again and will look for a better hotel which is clean and have better service for the same price

Enjoy staying here. It is more expensive than the surrounding hotels but you do get what you pay for. the rooms are great, some have excellent views and there is a small, free, minibar.

A really well situated hotel about half an hour taxi ( 40) from the airport. The rooms were fantastic and, being on the 16th floor, we had tremendous views. The hotel was large but not impersonal. The breakfast selection was wide enough. I would absolutely stay here again. And of course, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming.

Its really difficult to find this hotel, most of people in Brussel dont know about location. Pls, indicate the corrrect way to come from Central station or famous area, but room is reasonable.

My room was not ready when I arrived at 6:00am in the morning (even if I had made a reservation for the previous night and the next one). The receptionist was uncapable of explaining the actual reason for this which led me to believe that they sold my room to somebody else. The hotel manager finally came out and all he could offer was for me to patiently sit and wait until one room became available. After travelling all night, sitting and waiting for the room to be ready is simply not acceptable in a so called 5 star hotel. I was finally given a tiny room which had been hastily cleaned. Every interaction I had with reception staff confirmed my strong sense that this is not a 5 star hotel. For example, when asked whether they could print a document they dismissively responded with "it depends". When I finally checked out they intended to charge me the full price for both nights and it was only after I complained that they reluctantly lowered the price of the first night. All in all, bad, unprofessional service and small dirty rooms. Avoid this establishment if you can.

A very pleasant hotel with helpful staff. The rooms are clean and spacious, equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, minibar, ironing board and iron as well as a hairdryer. You can relax, on the top floors of the establishment, with a spa, which is certainly small but nice to unwind in the hammam or sauna. Parking is available in the basement (nevertheless very expensive)
The hotel is located 15min walk from the center of Brussels, ideally located, close to amenities. A nightclub (the birdy) is located a few steps away.
I recommend this ideal hotel for business trips, with friends or as a couple!

I stayed here for Tomorrowland 2017. Overall a great hotel. Excellent breakfast buffet, professional and helpful staff, the room was well appointed and spacious, it is located in a great area, and it has an okay gym.

I would definitely stay again if I return to Brussels.

I ve stayed many time. Always good. Yet I don t like the new soap dispensers in shower and sink areas. Always poor quality and awkward to use.

They say it saves plastic. Maybe !?

Breakfast needs to be more imaginative no avocados anywhere and no fresh cooked food.

So only 3 *.

I spent good times at the 28th floor, the view of bruxelles is crazy. The catering service is very efficient

Nice modern hotel with great views of Brussels. My only slight niggle is that the lobby can be excruciatingly loud to the point checking in was quite difficult. But overall it is a very stylish and pleasant hotel in a great location

The staff was very friendly, although not everyone spoke the Flemish language.
The food was a real bummer !!!!

Breakfast: minimalistic to say the least, put food in a bag, no plate, no normal cutlery (bamboo) coffee from a paper cup, little choice. It is time for all hotels in Corona, but this was the only hotel where the quality and offer were at the minimum and the prices at the maximum

Stylish and next to all luxury stores from big brands.

But the insulation between the rooms was especially frustrating when cleaning the rooms was inconvenience

No hospitality at all at reception. A sterile room. And a work desk with a way too high desk to work comfortably.

Meeting was very well framed, also park in at hotel itself.

Convenient location around Louise Avenue and Waterloo Boulevard in Brussels. Interesting view from the top of the building on the city.
Rather design and modern set up, service rather good. Worth a tour.

There are too few hotel staff and the staff are poorly trained in service, and I will never come here again.

First hotel with ironing included. The mini-room in the room is free!
Breakfast to banana taste! ;)
