I ve been in this FedEx store multiple times. They...

I ve been in this FedEx store multiple times. They aren t usually super busy and I can be in and out fairly quickly.

There are times that I come in and even though someone may shout out a welcome in , they may not be even looking my way. Not terribly personable.

But once I m being helped, the staff is helpful and courteous.

Parking is a bit precarious in this shopping center. The parking spaces are super tiny and usually quite full.

Employee tristan is an absolutely invaluable asset to this team. I cannot emphasize enough how cordial, professional and helpful she is. She has made design and print services for my upcoming wedding so easy to navigate and I was able to save significant money while getting exactly what i wanted.

5 stars for the employees at this location and the...

5 stars for the employees at this location and the local drivers. MINUS 100 STARS for FedEx headquarters picking the worst location for a FedEx Office. The parking is excellent, if you are riding a skateboard, however if you have a motor vehicle then plan on playing Chinese checkers with everyone to jostle for an open space - AND the parking spaces are non well-suited for anything larger than a Ford Focus (I hope you like door dings). They also left NO ROOM for the Fedex trucks, which are forced to block traffic every day in the parking lot so they can do their job. I would suggest moving the FedEx office to the business park, since....ummm...that is where 95% of the local shipping comes from. I'll bet the surrounding businesses would appreciate the move also, so their customers can park sometimes. What a mess!

They went above and beyond printing some large photos of my dog that just passed, including multiple prints at their expense with slight adjustments to make sure they were perfect. Fantastic service

If I could leave less than one star I absolutely would. I just got home and found my incredibly important tax information completely and utterly soaked from the rain. The person who delivered my package made no attempt whatsoever to try to put my package in an area free of rain, like my front door for example. Instead chosing to leave it in the rain near my mailbox just on the ground. This kind of service is completely unexceptable. How this establishmentioned continues to function with this little care for their customers is beyond me.

This place is beyond HORRIBLE!!!!!! They deserve ZERO stars as far as im concerned. On Jan 6th my mom and I had 2 packages to ship off, one for my best friend in Oregon and the other to a family member in Nevada. Well the 2 stupid women who were working f**ked up the shipping labels and sent my best friends gift to Nevada and vice versa with my cousins. We even went back in and told them what they did with our packages and they didn't do a damn thing at all, not even give us our money back. We just NOW got both gifts back (Jan 27th) to reship them by UPS. Never trust FedEx, go to UPS. FedEx does not care about your things!

I sent our docs via email requesting pickup the following morning. I changed my mind, without notifying FedEx, and drove over within an hour to pick them up. They had already completed the job. Very happy and will continue coming.

I get documents and posters printed here weekly. The staff is always friendly and kind. They go out of their way to help when there are issues and keep in good communcation on status of projects.

I just experienced one of the poorest and slowest ...

I just experienced one of the poorest and slowest customer experiences at the FedEx Office in El Dorado Hills earlier this afternoon. There was a total of three employees working in the store, one of them working the main register and two working the back on other efforts. There was one customer in front of me, who was illegally parked in front of the store who was shipping a single envelope. The FedEx employee worked through the options, customer paid, and was ready to move. I was next in line prepared to go through the same process. His wife walks in with a handful of clothes to have shipped and began interacting with the FedEx employee. This employee began to service this customer who should have gotten in line or had her needs serviced at the same time as the husband. Very rude, disrespectful and poor observation and engagement experienced by the FedEx employee.

This particular location is a scam. They say that they need to "add filler" to your box and try to charge you for it. Went next door to the Folsom location and when told them that there, they started laughing and said, "You're not required to add filler to a box. We won't add filler and we won't try to charge you for something you don't want"

This used to be a great local shipping resource. Unfortunately it s turned into apathy central. Went in to ship a document and was told it s self service only. The computer at this location crashed on me multiple times. Asked for help. Staff didn t care. Straight up indifference to my attempts to spend $50 shipping something. I finally gave up and left after an extended period and went to UPS. While I ve never been a huge fan of UPS, they got me in and out quickly. I will never go back to a Fedex facility by choice again. Worse than the DMV.

Not appropriate customer service. Workers are not concerned at all about people's needs or time. Spent there 25 minutes because they had hard times opening up my attachment. They didn't even apologize. Most likely they are just cheap and their internet is slow, so be aware if send over big files.
