The Hotel Boulderado is an magnificent venue for a Wedding! We had a great time with excellent service. The wedding dinner that was catered by the Hotel was flavorful and hot with plenty of wait staff for service. Great job!

My stay at Boulderado was such a treat! I was in town for work, and happened to book here for lack of open rooms at other locations for my last-minute booking, not realizing how lucky I was to stay in this lovely vintage hotel. The entire experience was seamless and delightful - the staff was kind, the rooms comfortable in size and amenities, and the hotel itself was a beauty. I enjoyed the atmosphere and architecture, out of the early 1900s, and appreciated the dedication to honoring that history and motif in everything from the classic bar and restaurant offerings, to the evening of live jazz in the lobby on Friday evening. Overall a quality experience at a well-managed and well-located venue.

The staff is very helpful and courteous. The room was pretty nice but my view was horrible. I really did not like the fact that my room is in a different building so I had to use what looks like in really old service elevator that you have to wait on an attendant to bring to you and then go up over a walkway and then back down in elevator to the first floor in the other building, or you had to walk outside and over to some steps or another elevator to go up to your room. It is very convenient to Pearl Street Mall but next time I come I will probably stay at a different location.

Beautiful old hotel. Looks like the Overlook. My 5 star rating is for nostalgia, old time luxury. I did not stay the night, but will try to the next time I'm in Boulder

Two blocks to the beginning of the Pearl Street mall area.

We were longing for seafood, being from the East coast. Their small plates brunch menu fit the bill perfectly. The calamari was tender, the clam chowder was full of clams, the trout dip was creamy and fit perfectly with the pickled onions, and the crab cake although different from Maryland ones was loaded with crab and set off beautifully with the citrus salad. We'll be back again!

This place rocks! We had a bad Airbnb and Hotel Boulderado saved our trip. The rooms are awesome but it is the ambience of the lobby that was really memorable. We loved the bar downstairs which is creepy in all the right ways. Definitely consider staying here if you are headed to Boulder.

Had a great stay and experience at this hotel! They do a great job at keeping a historic feel/atmosphere. It was a pleasant surprise to still be able to take the original elevator up to our floor! There are delicious restaurants and fun bars (along with License No. 1- Speakeasy style) for one's entertainment. Highly recommend a stay here.

Nice historic hotel with new building next door.
Not cheap, but good service. Valet parking is prompt and reliable.
Accessing the "new" annex (rather old by now, but nice) is a bit awkward.

The hotel is really great! I like that they have kept the historical feel of the property, but updated items like the bedding, TV's, towels, etc. The location is perfect, and the staff even let me know where a few free parking spots were located at the intersection of Pine and 13th street. I had not stayed at the hotel in over a decade, and it was exactly the great experience i had previously.

I stayed at the Boulderado with anticipation for a great exsperience. Upon arrival, I was greated by the freindly valets. They explained how the parking works in Boulder. The valets made me feel safe and confortable to give them the keys to my vehicle.

The staff was freindly and helpful until I had to find my room. I had to walk up several flights of stairs, through several hallways, and finally we found our room after walking around without any direction. (We had to ask someone) There were no signs or markings to lead me where I needed to go. Luckily my girlfriend and I loved to walk. Once at the room, I was greated by the valet with our bags.

Once in the room, I observed duct tape holding the carpet down at the entrance of the bathroom. The tile in the bathroom was chipped on the floor. I opened the blinds and found a large light directly above my window. At night, that light reflected off the window and made looking outside difficult. For $250 a night, this was a joke and not worth the money.

The breakfast which was NOT included was very good, but this review is not about the breakfast. Our floor did not have an ice machine, so we had to go else where to other floors. That was again a maze to find one.

There were three bars and that was nice. The house cleaners were great, but the Boulderado explains that you have to ask for new sheets and towels or they change them every other day.

The hotel is beautiful and historic, until you get into the rooms which are modern. The two different themes clash and look like they do not belong.

If you were going to pay $250 a night, pay for an Air B&B because this place is not worth it.

I had breakfast and dinner at the Hotel Boulderado on Veterans Day and enjoyed both. The food was excellent and service was stellar as well. I can highly recommend the Fish and Chips at The Corner Bar.

Bianca, Luke, Andrew, Rachel, the list is endless. These are just some of the people that provided us the most pleasurable and outstanding customer service. Hotel Boulderado is an unbelievable place. The old architecture and wood work is breathtaking, as well as the stain glass. The rooms are so nice, clean and provide wonderful views. I cannot wait to come back with the entire family for Thanksgiving.

the hotel is unique in atmosphere and was well maintained. the room was updated and clean. the staff was friendly and helpful. the only downside is parking. you have to either try your luck with street parking or pay 20 per night for valet. the restaurant on the main floor, Spuce, was awesome.

The Hotel Boulderado is a beautiful quaint hotel in the heart of downtown Boulder. All of the employees we meet were friendly and accommodating. You can't find a better place to stay in downtown!

We ate at the main restaurant on xmas day. I know it had been a long day for them so take this review with a grain of salt. I got a margarita that was tooth-achingly sweet that didn't taste like it had any liquor in it. There are ok margarita mixes out there, but whatever they used was bad. The appetizers were all ok to good. The Brussels sprouts, deviled eggs, and chowder stood out as good. The ceviche came out partially frozen. The prime rib wasn't very good. Tough and not a great smoked flavor - tasted almost like liquid smoke or something. The trout was very over cooked. The key lime pie was inedible - it had really strange aftertaste. Our waitress was nice and the service was fine.

You must go. A little on the expensive side but worth the pampering. With the Flat Irons as your backdrop and on pearl street you can't go wrong. We go for the fine dining by chef Cruz. Fantastic entrees and delicate wines. Would recommend to anyone.

Just checked in. Staff were very courteous and helpful. Checkin process was very smooth and our room was ready 2 hours earlier than expected, which we really appreciated after our drive from Grand Lake this morning. Beautiful building in a great part of town.

Nice turn of the century Hotel with modern amenities. Maybe even a few ghosts. The hotel bar has plenty of seating inside as well as outside. Nice selection of draft beers & appetizers you have to try their spicy fire roasted brussel sprouts

This is a gorgeous hotel with both an older original style and a more modern style, both connected together by a sky walk. I stayed in the modern side and was very impressed. The room was fantastic with a sitting area, mini fridge, room safe, heat lamp in the bathroom, complimentary WiFi, and a couple bottles of water and two chocolates that were replaced each day. I've thoroughly enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend the hotel - and the valet service they offer which is priced competitively with other parking in the area.

An amazing historical hotel, the Boulderado is a Boulder landmark right out of the wild west. Classy western decor, well trained staff, comfortable rooms and great food situated minutes from the Pearl Street Mall and Boulder's best shopping. Spectacular mountain views and great food. A fun place for parties and events and an in-town getaway for Boulderites.

Always loved the catacombs as a hang out. License number 1 is nice and a bit more upscale but the drink prices do reflect that as well. I'd say they are on par with Denver prices so a little higher than Boulder average. Still love the place though.
