Standard home repair outlets, friendly staff ready to help

No one is around to help with heavy objects. 30 min+ wait to get anyone to cut wood panels. I have spent to much money here to have to wait 30+ min for someone to tell you someone else will help you and that they are on the way to not even show.

Fast service and knowledgeable about my plant questions. Definitely will be coming back!

Pleasantly Surprised, unlike before where you had to find an associate this place, they were eager to help.

Visited to enquire about railway tee lumber it was not there the lady associate was very helpful and polite i forgot her name she works in lumber dept she is nice and help me i really like to go to home depot

I shop at this home Depot very often probably a hundred times a year and they are always on point and do a great job with customer service I have lost receipts and they have found them they have saved me money with their suggestions and I'll keep going back for their exceptional customer service

Better experience than last time! We spoke to Phyllis in garden center and she was warm, delightful and easy to speak with

There is never any one to help and then when you find some one 3 hours later they just point to it

Paint dept didn't have my paint so they gave me an upgrade for the price of the paint I wanted.

They never smile the costumer service they are unprofessional and they like to fight with you on the front of u return something and they never clean the garbage the manager should check the costumer service employees

Good selection. Needs more staff. We love coming here for the free kids craft one Saturday every month.

Had exactly what I was looking for and the staff was friendly.

This store is old. The handicap carts are antiquated when they keep them charged. The worst thing is the returns and customer service staff. Rude inconsiderate and requires receipts which is totally against HD policy.
A very uncivilized store. Will not return.

Hard to find someone to help you. You can find almost everything that you need...Always the sheet rock saw is out of order.

I said I wasn't going to go back after my previous bad experience. However I needed something and I was close by. Once again I walked the whole store looking for someone to help me. What is going on with them?? Wish I had a Lowe's near me, or at least within 10 miles.

Very friendly and helpful staff even at closing time. This is the most hidden out of the way Home Depot I've ever visited.

Just stopped by for a quick purchase and as always in and out in record time. Whether you need to spend a minute are a day in this giant "TOYS FOR BIG BOYS" playground you'll not soon be disappointed.

Tried to purchase a sliding glass door and have a company Home Depot uses install it. Three in a half months later I had to return everything and the door wouldn't be ready for another 6 weeks, because they sold me the wrong size door. Poor communication, customer service. Sometimes customers want to hear more than I'm sorry, especially after the third time on one project.

Set up a little different than others but a good toy store

I looked up my product online which told me the aisle where it could be found and went straight to it. In and out!

Good place for hardware and supplies for home. Lumber area could be more helpful and offer to help with cuts if you need. Wish the design center still existed, really miss them. Have a specific area to go for services like installation instead of wondering around looking for help. Key maker was unable to read my key so maybe needs updating.

Customer service is a bit of a mess. Dominique especially, do not interrupt her social time or face consequences.. even if there's no one else at the help desk & you only ask that someone else be called to help, as there is a growing line. When I finally found my own help, she then had the time to interrupt me & lie to them that she had helped me.

Nothing to write home about. The store is large and has a decent selection. I have only visited this store twice, but both times were a similar experience. The employees are not rude, but are not overly friendly either. All in all just another store.

Jami, Michelle and garden manager were all very hepful and treated me with excellent knowledge and a hepful attitude. For me Attitudes are 90 % of everything.

It's a Home Depot. There isn't much to review. They are all the same.

When asking for help the 5 employees having a conversation about their personal lives gave attitude when asking for help, instead of showing us where items could be, they instead just gave direction. Then became rude when I pointed out that on the website it stated 14 in stock, then asked how I or it would know. The phone had gps on to locate said store.

I am so grateful for the amazing front end staff. They are amazing and patient with non DIY selfers.

Not a bad store but locating help can sometimes turn into a scavenger hunt, but when you do the person is helpful. The only other issue is that most of the time I have gone only the self check-out is open which is annoying for doing large items one buys at a home improvement store.

Went in to get locks for a new home and a microwave. Waited over 20 minutes for help with locks, and even after asking guest services to find someone (multiple times). Then went to get the microwave, that was much faster, the associate there was quick to ask if we needed help and got right to getting what we needed. Then headed back to guest services to get our locks and waited another 10 minutes for them to finish getting relayed. Overall over an hour and fifteen to get the ocks and a microwave. Ridiculous, will not be going back to this home depot.

A lot of confusion over internet orders and pickup. Waiting quite a long time and had to call and sit on hold for a long time to get my order.

I shouldent post this cause then all of you will know. It's tucked away nicely. It's almost like a secret. Like a short cut that you and a child hood friend had to the library. Its that special. Always up front parking. Never crowded. ( The female staff is mostly super hot) knowledgeable staff and no wait at the check out. Pst....now that you know....keep it our secret. Thanks.
