Excellent place to enjoy in the evenings during ramadan

Those who want to see history in Istanbul should first discover this place. You can easily walk on foot .. No need to bring your car ..Low attention to cliff ..

I really like to visit this place.
Always crowded because of the large influx of tourists.
But this, no matter how, does not prevent to admire all the sights.

Great atmosphere is this square. Paved pathways with 'squares' of grass to sit and relax. Great touristy atmosphere and a lot of restaurants along the square. Very clean and well maintained.

Sultan Ahmed Square is very famous linking the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia Mosque in Sultanahmet area

It's a big area in the middle of old city. All history is around of this place. And imagine, once roman warriors were turning around of this place. There are some pillars which were brought from Egypt.

A very quiet area with little noise and music, I visited it on the third day of Ramadan where there are breakfast areas and a free breakfast area.

Close to the garden of Gulhane and Ayia Sophia, the covered market, a very enjoyable day

Nice place to visit. Used to be a hippodrome before and has to importants obelisks, one come from Egypt another building in Istanbul. You can chill out and enjoy the beautiful place

Remembering the Ben-Hur movie, we can put ourselves in a situation of what this circuit meant in its time. With its bleachers on the sides and the quadrigas running. You can see the original soil at the base of the obelisk below. Formerly there were more than 40 sculptures. Currently there are 4 that have nothing to do.
