Customer service responce is promt, but online order process is slow. Seven days since my order was placed for off the shelf accessories, and was informed it might go out in the next two days. I could have drove to an outlet in six hours and been done with my puchase in a day. Might be a little too HIGH society and these products are far from free.

We purchased 2 High Society SUPs in July and couldn't be happier. We have owned other boards in the past, but these have been the best so far. Not only are the boards great, but we love the backpacks that come with them! They are strong and durable and the straps are extremely comfortable! The customer service has also been outstanding! We received our SUPs earlier then expected! Thank you High Society!

If I could give these guys six stars I would! When we were in Aspen for a wedding we had placed an order and they graciously opened up Saturday morning to let us come and pick them up. We were then so excited to get on the lake that we lost some crucial parts, like a fin and part of the pole adjustment, like real amateurs. Jason was more than happy to help get us set up with the proper equipment to continue our mediocre stand up paddle boarding adventures that he immediately shipped us the crucial pieces. Big thanks to this company providing wonderful customer service and kickass boards!

I absolutely love my Flagship. It s stable, easy to maneuver and the graphic is killer! Last week, I lost my paddle in a rapid on the Colorado River. Such a sad day, especially because it was my own fault. I contacted High Society to purchase a replacement, and Jason hooked me up with a discounted, UPGRADED paddle and 2-day shipped it to me! Talk about making a customer for life! I can t express my appreciation enough for how well he took care of me. I already brag about my board to everyone who will listen, and now I ll really never shut up about it! Jason, thanks for turning my frown upside down <3

I sup for an hour then finish up with swimming With my Board attached to my good leg. Great workout!!!!!!

I love this company. Looking for a 152cm to 155cm Twin or Banzai.

I ordered 2 SUPs understanding that the delivery date would be months out due to demand. They came in way earlier than expected, and it was just in time for my camping trip. The boards are really easy to inflate with a great hand pump that is included. They are really easy to use and have great stability. The design is fantastic and the bungees at the front of the board are great for storing a life vest or pack of some kind. The paddles are easy to put together and take apart, and you can change the height of the paddle quickly if you want to sit, kneel, or stand. I accidentally went head-on with a rock that I didn't see sticking out of the water, and it bounced off of it like a champ. I had a question and reached out to HS, and they got back to me immediately and answered my question. Great durability, design, and easy to use. If they are still offering the buy one, get one, well, what are you waiting for?! Hands down the best SUP offer out there!

My family bought this board for me for Christmas. It s a solid all mountain board great on the groomers and just smoothed out the crud. My son said they were super helpful with the entire process. Today was perfect until my Burton binding broke in half .

Customer service has been amazing! Reggie (sp?) has been nothing but awesome. He s been patient with all my questions and my eagerness from start to finish with the order process. I cannot wait to get our paddle boards and try them out!

Where to begin: the ordering process was a breeze, the communication around the delivery was excellent, the deal HS offered (during the pandemic!) to help get more people into the great outdoors was unbelievably good, the product and accessories are fantastic and the customer service, throughout, have been unparalleled. My dog and I thank you, High Society, for our WolfPack board, new summer sport and providing us with a whole new type of fun. I've taken my SUP on rivers and lakes alike with success really appreciate the simplicity in the design from flat to fully pumped. Thank you, High Society.
