We worked for the owner of a property being sold by this company and regularly experienced appointments canceled or missed, without comment, with the realtor to discuss property maintenance. When she was present, we discussed clear parameters for maintenance and management for sale, and they were disregarded.
While we were out of the house towards the end of our work together, many of our belongings were thrown away without communication.
