The Hans Hotel (C.P) Review

I stayed at The Hans in late-2017, and prior to staying there I was unimpressed with what I was getting for the price I was paying. Once I reached there, however, my reservations about the hotel went away. I was greeted with wonderful security guards, and checking-in was quick and efficient. The room was a little outdated but it was CLEAN! During my 2-3 night stay, I really appreciated the service all staff members provided. It was also quite convenient to places like Connaught Place.

I highly recommend The Hans New Delhi for its service and location.

I have stayed 6 days in this hotel for an official purpose. My stay was was very good. The hotel is located in the business part of the city. Shopping areas like Jonpoth market, Palika bazar and Connaught place all are nearby. My 16th floor room view was awesome. Food is pricey but good. Morning breakfast needs variation. Staffs are very supportive. Reception staffs are ok. You can consider this hotel for staying.

Accomodation is ok.
Lady at reception needs to learn customer service.

Great location, highly safe and secure premises, super-fast Wifi, and comfortable and clean rooms. Housekeeping staff also polite and efficient. However, folks at the front desk are very inefficient and shady.They tried to charge us twice for the meals and refused to give receipts for individual payments and delayed it until check out. They were not at all transparent and very clumsy at record keeping.

It s normal hotel.Not feel like very comfortable as the place is very crowded.But the highlight is that it is located at the central place so you can move easily to anywhere

Descent hotel to spend couple of days, donot expect top notch service or food.

Great place to stay in the heart of city. Whole CP is accessible at walking distance.

Guys,my worst experience at any delhi based hotel which claims to be a 4 star. Location is excellent but poor stay at such a huge cost. The reception people were highly uncooperative. We had to wait for 30 minutes for check in as the front staff was busy gossiping. They had even no courtsy to at least smile and apologise for keeping us waiting.room service pathetic,shower was leaking. I will not recommend to stay in this hotel . After all ,at this cost ,delhi is full of kind friendly people.

I did a booking through Make My Trip and i paid in advance but when i reached to hotel, me and my friends paid a security amount of Rs 4000 as we have been told by hotel administration that amount will be refund within 72 hrs. but now 72 hrs already got over still there is no refund. then i tried to contact hotel help disk they refuse to help me.

Well centrally located hotel in Delhi..old structure but at good location

The hotel can be visually located from the road. The metro gate number 3 is opposite to the hotel.
The build up of the hotel is very conjusted. The conference hall is good enough but the clear height is around 8to 9 ft.

It is situated in VIP area of Delhi.
No any problems for conveyance or anything. Very peaceful area. Very large area of hotel. Good staffs.

It's just another Business Hotel located in commercial area surrounded by corporate in New Delhi , nothing great about it but yes price wise it seems to be very cheap compared big brands.

Hotel is good, but i didn't had good experience over there. The hotel reception staff was not at all co-operative. The hotel management basically sort of did the cheating basis on the reservation. I had to check out before the actual day even.

It is in prime location of Delhi..Cannaught place..Compare to other star hotels, it's price is comparatively reasonable.

Nice hotel with awesome location and great views from 17th floor of the hotel. Walking distance from Barakhamba Metro Station.

Great experience. Staff was so professional and helped in any way that they could. Self serve breakfast provided. Rooms are a pretty decent size. About an eleven minute walk to Connaught Place. Other markets nearby. Train station is literally around the corner about a 3 minute walk.

One of the best places to stay in Central Delhi. The staff is friendly and helpful.
This place is just in front of Barakhamba metro and 5-10 min walk from cannaught place!

Awesome location, heart of the city, very nostalgic. Staff very friendly and prompt. Amenities seem to be slightly old, rooms are very quite peaceful after a long flight, food is average but you have lot of good eateries around, come on you are in Delhi try the good food :)) ;). Good for brief stopover to the capital of India (& the best city :D).

Totally avoidable . 1947 type hotel, no lobby, ac at 30 deg, staff indifferent.

Not worth the money....very poor ambience of the interiors. Overpriced

This is located centrally in cannaught place of New Delhi with good ambience & easy accessibility. Restaurant located on 2nd floor serves a tasty food. However good alternates for evening food at nearby places. You can have a bird's eye view of Delhi from 12th floor.

Not good. Two stars is generous, tired, dirty, full of travelling workers. Not a place to relax.

Nice services and food, stay suits are good with Wi-Fi

High rise.. not a bad view of concrete jungle.. little expensive for the services. Breakfast spread is ok.. mutton kebab and biryani was hood.

I've stayed at the Hans twice now. My current organisation conducts an annual conference for which it puts up the India staff at the Hans. The rooms are really nice and the breakfast buffet leaves you spoilt for choice. But beware, some rooms don't have a hand shower next to the water closet!

Decent hotel. Breakfast was good. More variety needed. Room was good. Had connectivity issues on Mobile. Water in the shower wasn't very hot. Expected more

Rooms were really good and not that costly. Room service was good too and on time.

They have a parking lot, great experience, great stuff, great ambience, overall great.
