The Hans Hotel (C.P) Review

Location is premium, the seminar hall was spacious but no stairs and other utility infra not up to the mark.

Food is not good. Very dull hotel.It's located in busy complex .

Very nice and good location hotel. Approachable to metro and new railway station...metro to airport .

It's bad experience...even washroom is not cleaned.. smelling

This is a very good hotel by location and as majority hotel rooms are on the 21st floor to 15th floor it provides fabulous view of the entire city. Rooms are very clean and has nice interior design. They provide coffee maker in the room along with the refrigerator. The major problem is with the bath rooms. There is no good separation between bathing are and latrine area. This makes the entire area wet after u bath. Also showers are of old type with the water holes are only at the circumference, so u have to play with water to really get wet!!

Smelly towels, internet 4h only perday insplittable. Unconfortable.

Centrally located. Landmark building. Good views. Good food. Good ambience.

Buffet food was really nice. Anyone can eat it including foreigners. Optimum use of spices with excellent spread. Banquet Hall was well maintained and washrooms were neat. Overall a good experience.

Four Star Hotel on barakhamb - hele road crossing situated in-between the multistory buildings housing thousands of office in vicinity perfect for having small functions , parties and AGM etc. Food is exceptionally good with decent hospitality. The restaurant here is having big glazed widows with beautiful green view.

Well managed staff as well as food. Appreciate for asking things from staff for last visit.

Was staying in Hotel on 26th feb to 28th feb 2018 room no 1907..On 27th i found my wrist watch stolen from the room as the clean staff that came in the night to.clean my room after dinner only half cleaned my room.He didn't returned the secind time.when i complained about this the hotel staff didn't gave proper response and not even showed coutesy to call me up and take up the matter.

Found the same which to me looks a casual approach.

Will never recommend anybody to stay in hotel as the hotel is preferred just because of the location they are placed but service is pathetic........

Wonderful place .Fully satisfied with my 4 day stay ..

Unacceptable cancellation the day of arrival for a 4 nights reservation. This has made extremely difficult to find another property in the area and created a lot of disruption. Incompetent and unable to manage their reservation system.

Settled near Connaught Place, this place is central to great restaurants, bars, shopping and don't forget fun. Customer service at this hotel is brilliant, people at the reception is helpful. Rooms are clean, bathrooms and spacious, rates are reasonable. Executive rooms are more than sufficient for 2 people. Make sure you book online for the rooms in advance to get better rates. Even though the place is located centrally, it's quite and peaceful inside.

Location wise, am giving it high marks because it is near the Connaught Place, Delhi's central business district. Plus we were given a much welcome airport transfer. The room given to us had the basic amenities but offers great views of Delhi. Wifi however is soo slow and had to go down the lobby to connect. We were given a driver and van to take us to Agra and it was such a joy. Too bad the hotel staf did not inform us that we were also booked a city tour the following day by our host. Bad!

Hotel is nice, clean and hygienic. It is in the centre of delhi. Service is good but the food is just not upto the mark and expensive too as compared to other 5 star hotels in delhi

Location is right in the heart of city and ample parking space

Located in the heart of the city. The Hans is one of the best hotels in its class. Hotel has a proper parking facilities, which generally a cause of concern in Connaught place area. Staff is very courteous and service prone. Food is also good. Hotel's restaurant has various menus for italian, continental, Chinese and Indian food. Barakhamba metro station is very near by. Overall a satisfactory and loving experience I carried from here.

Nice old school posh hotel. It s fancy but has very 90s decor to the place. Rooms are nice but again has 90s decor and needs upgrading. Resturant is nice has good variety of food to choose from but again available only in select hours. Location of the hotel is it s usp if one is looking to stay in central Delhi

It's a normal hotel but situated in heart of Delhi. CP. Food is average.

Good hotel to stay and have conference. Should provide free WiFi facility for conference hall.
