Guys,my worst experience at any delhi based hotel which claims to be a 4 star. Location is excellent but poor stay at such a huge cost. The reception people were highly uncooperative. We had to wait for 30 minutes for check in as the front staff was busy gossiping. They had even no courtsy to at least smile and apologise for keeping us waiting.room service pathetic,shower was leaking. I will not recommend to stay in this hotel . After all ,at this cost ,delhi is full of kind friendly people.
