Extremely bad customer service. Housekeeping threw my completely unfinished food out without my consent and misplaced my headphones while rummaging threw the room. When I asked how they would try to resolve ether issue, they disregarded me. Very unhappy with my time here.

Small rooms but very comfortable. Breakfast was average but room service is good.

Nice basic hotel exactly what we needed. Central to where we wanted to visit. English of staff was very good which was helpful. Room was clean but there was a slight urine smell. The only reason it doesn't get more stars is all our Ubers found it difficult finding the hotel. (at least 6 different drivers) the front of the building is covered by a lot of trees and once you notice it the entrance is gone and you have to go around the roundabout ahead. The sign is also quite low so difficult to see for the driver.

Location is very convenient. Some toilets do not have bum washer. All hotels in India shoud have bum washer toilets. Thats how we like it.

I have been staying in the hotel for more than 4 years now. I visit couple of times a year for work. The convenience and accessibility is the key. Fairly close to Connaught Place. The hotel quite clean and the rooms are nice. Lives up to its star rating.

The hotel is a short walk from Connaught Place and an ATM is just around the corner. The room is very spacious, clean and has good and quiet air conditioning. The bathroom was also very clean and modern. However, there is no ventilation in the bathroom. The staff is professional and friendly.
The dishes in the restaurant are good and the service is quick. There is an Indian and western buffet for breakfast.

Hotel is located in the centre of Delhi. Accessible from eavey corner of Delhi NCR. Service here is impeccable. Their rooms are very spacious and clean. If you are looking for a stay in Delhi. I would recommend this place.

Great experience. Walking distance to CP. The staff is decent and cooperative.Only thing the wifi charges are quite high ,and specific newspaper on demand is not available though it is mentioned in the brochure.Hope due consideration is given to this thing.

I can't remember how many meetings and sittings I had with my industry colleagues at the 25th floor, which now they have closed. Generally found them good and economical.
Locality is good. All facilities and services was nice.

Pretty standard hotel, the staffs polite and the breakfast was good. Nice views of delhi from the upper floors.
Rooms are nice and clean....but there Resturant doesn't. Thank god its near CP, there are lots of fooding options.
