Love this place. Great bands. Great sound. Awesome staff. Just always a pleasure to go to Casino ballroom!!!

Prices for food were reasonable, would see another show here.

Good atmosphere. Multiple are if you want a drink and not too stuffy.

Many famous acts come to perform here including Snoop Dogg, Ziggy Marley and Michael Carbanaro to name a few.

Awesome venue, small vibe atmosphere but a pretty big place. Always love seeing a concert here

Very friendly staff in an intimate space with great sound quality; bar lines are short and multiple bathrooms make for a great experience. The ability to go outside to a fenced in area between sets on stage is an added bonus. Make sure to give yourself plenty of time before a show for food as popular restaurants, such as the Purple Urchin next door, will sometimes be slow at service, and the snack shack next to the HBCB has a very sad excuse for a chicken Caesar wrap but was at least quick with food delivery

Very cool spot to catch a show. A bit run down and security way too uptight. Can't beat the location though.

Had a great time everything was good E-Z Parking twenty bucks to park took a while to get him cuz there's a long line once we got to our third row seats it was good hot dogs and the concessions were good to help was very good recommended

Good venue for shows, no bad spot to see the show. Been there for a comedy show as well as a band, and both times were very nice.

Fun, family oriented place. Across the street from one of the best beaches around. Free live entertainment nightly. Casino Ballroom has many popular acts in a concert venue that is small and intimate.

It's like going into a time warp. One of the coolest music venues out there. Plus tons of history.

Horrible customer service! Dealt with their Manager. One of my worst experiences ever. Had an hour or so and found out The Beach Boys where playing. Checked with desk-sold out but they told me to try Ticketmaster which I did. Went to scan my new ticket and scanner said already scanned. That s when Ms. Manager get involved. Grabs my info , goes into front desk. Then, Walks right by me, doesn t say a thing and goes upstairs. Concert has been on now for 20 minutes. Haven t seen her? Somebody walks by with a ticket and I pay $30.00 to get in. Who s upstairs at the gates. Ms Manager, doesn t say a thing? No apology, nothing. I let it go. Next morning call Ticketmaster to get refund. Said they ll look into it and contact me. They did a few hours later. Said she was sorry but they called the Venue and guess who they talked to-Correct, Ms Manager. She told them not to refund me, she had provided me another ticket to get in??? Would have let it go if I received my refund. Callled In to talk to someone in Casino Management, of course I got Ms. Manager. Lied outright about everything! Time that it took, said she came down to get me and I wasn t there? Asked her why did she stop my refund? Said somebody told her they gave me a free ticket??WHY, when she saw me upstairs, didn t she say a thing?? NO answer?? Complete incompetence and then try to lie your way out. She must have a Boss somewhere, we all do. Immediate Customer Service Training is not needed but necessary. She s a Boss???

Great show's, there's alot of great performers that play here tickets great prices and drinks are I would say average for something like this, I personally had a ball there and Everytime I've been there I've had no complaints great time..

This was my 34th time attending this venue. Everytime is an exceptional show. The sound is amazing , the staff always courteous friendly and professional. 25 years of coming here and looking forward for another 25 years of concerts.

Fantastic Venue. There isn't a bad seat in the house. We saw Daughtry there and enjoyed an amazing show. I love the table service.

Went to see Daughtry w my 17 yr old daughter and her friend. Had a lady try to feed her beer to my daughter. People were also smoking weed. Security was nowhere in sight.

Went to see Brian Regan. Great venue, perfect for a good view from any seat!

Great venue to see a show at. Small enough for an intimate experience. The room is lined with bars and the acoustics are fine. Overall, I had a great experience seeing Kaleo in concert there. Definitely would go again to see someone else.

Great place to see a show. Very intimate setting. Lots of history in the place too. Prices have been reasonable for how close you can get. Usually pulls in some pretty big names.

This is always a great venue to see a show for a couple of reason. It's easy to get to and easy to park at. You don't need complicated parking pass systems to see a show here, just go park in the lots directly behind the venue owned by the city. The last show we were at we were near the exits, and being one of the first people out, we literally drove out of the lot less than 60 seconds after the show ended. I also think, for a concert venue, the prices on food and drink aren't outrageous. I think it was $3.50 for a water/coke, so for venue prices, not bad. They also have air conditioning now, which, if you attended a rock show there in summer, you'll know was much needed.

The biggest plus of this venue has to be ease of access though; there's just no hassle to go see a show here. And they tend to get bigger acts to perform here than their size would otherwise suggest.

Nice smaller venue to see shows. Can usually meet some of the artists by the buses if you wait.

I have to say the show was excellent the usher's were very polite and curtious but if you enjoy a couple drinks while watching the show I would definitely refrain from wasting your money the all ready watered down alcohol is served by bartenders that are nasty and rude for the price they charge for drinks it is absolutely thievery they put about a third of a measured shot in the glass of course I'm not exactly sure what the laws are at Hampton Beach but I'm sure they aren't what this bartender said they are the trick they played on us was he had a bottle of watered down kaluha and put a quarter of a shot in each glass and sent the bar back to get another bottle telling us he had to go to the liquor store to get it the bar back came back with another bottle that was not even halfway full and put a couple more drops in each glass then filled the rest of the glass with sour milk how discussed I was I'm not sure if the bartender is making a commission on every drink he sells or it's what management tells him to do I gave one for the show and the usher's my experience there' was less than satisfaction

Great Concert experience. On the Main drag. Tons of parking in the back. Very casual.

Good times are had at the Casino ballroom! Heh... yes, it's a bit cheesy, but nothing beats the sounds of an arcade and shooting gallery while you mow on some fried dough.

They have excellent food and excellent hostess excellent food and 1 hell of place if u 2 play pool listening 2 great music and have 1 he'll of a excellent time

I paid $18 for two drinks. To add to that they added an additional $2.00 charge to my credit card that I definitely did not miss. They automatically added an additional tip. I know it's only $2, but they are still attempting to skim more from their customers.

As for the venue its self. The acoustics aren't the best but it looks nice on the inside. The exterior is run down.

Awsome show Black Label Society rocked the place . Domestic and craft brew a bit pricey but mixed drinks reasonably priced.

Lots of well known entertainers perform here. It's not super big so there's a good opportunities to get up close to the performers. Drinks at the bar were good. Don't have more than two if you are driving home.
