The hotel is very clean and has tasty meals available at their cafe. Of course, there is a McDonald's next door if you prefer, as well as an upscale shopping center within one block. Despite being walking distance to the airport, the hotel is very quiet. They provide free shuttle service to the airport. Very nice hotel that I plan to return!
Definitely in the top 5 Hotels Chicago has to offer. Staff was VERY nice when my girlfriend and I overslept and missed check-out. Gave me a good deal.on another night. Was polite if I forgot my mask in the lobby or somewhere in hotel out walking around. The style/layout of this hotel is definitely my favorite when you have stayed at other very nice hotels in the city. Were not talking about a best Western out by the airport. You wake up to a view of the great lakes. Only to find out they have a 5 star restaurant on the top.of the hotel with an award winning view and quality of service and food. Seriously did not know that when we booked our stay here. This place is definitely special to me now

The Godfrey is an ideal modern-day, fashionably elegant and sophisticated hotel! So many details that make this hotel a perfect home while traveling. I'm out the entrance and viewing downtown Chicago walking to multiple local business for shopping and back in no time. The modern day room was perfect, pristine and adorable for two guests. The view from the 13th floor wasn't to bad either. The amenities were very thoughtful and classy. The large bathroom with a walk in shower was perfect along with the lighting for glamor and beauty. I was excited for the early check in and a later check out. Nicely done. Thank you for a fabulous first experience in your hotel

The icebergs are awesome!! The view spectacular, and the food very tasty! The staff make you feel at home, excellent place to have a nice dinner
Rented a room to spend the night because my friend paid for the igloo dinner experience. We were all going to drink therefore we wanted to be responsable and not drive. Hotel service and our waiter were good. I would of like our experience a bit more if the igloo we got sat in lights worked. It was still ok. It was snowing so we took a couple of pictures outside of the igloo to get some cute lighting from the other igloos.
I enjoyed my stay at the Godfrey. The rooms are bigger then I expected and the atmosphere was great not a lot of noise got some good zzzz. I will be back there again very soon.
Nice location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay in is the staff. All of them are so professional. They could accommodate fast. Our stay was awesome. Five-star service!
Beds warp inward in the middle. No shampoo or conditioner so will need to ask for some. Shower gel, lotion, soap bar is here though. Otherwise Clean room, nice view.
