I have been waiting for the refund of my Metallica tickets purchased with credit for almost 10 months. The alleged refund never reached me, I am already initiating proceedings before Consumer Defense.
They do not respond to emails or messages on the All Access page, some scammers.
And in the case of refunding something, they also scam you with the service surcharge refund, money stolen for any service provided
