This place is so excellent for rich, pure, tasteful coffee with minimal needs of sweeteners that I am disturbed by how much money I spend here now that I found out they have delivery. Not only is the coffee great, but the food is spectacular for when you are on the run.
Great coffee. Latte is my favourite. They make a latte with homemade egg nog in the fall/winter that sounds incredible. It does sell out quickly though. Very friendly staff and nice outdoor seating.
This place is so cute! The terrace in the back feels super secluded and is the perfect place to work/study. The restroom says not for public use but if you are a customer you can ask them for the code :) Their drinks are getting better too.

Went there based on the great reviews and ordered a cappuccino. Maybe I just lucked out but the person making it super heated the milk thus burning the coffee. The location and ambience are definitely nice. Didn't try any food so rating it for the sub par coffee. Will update if I go again.
The food is always fresh and delicious, workers hands over good customer service. I liked how clean it is and ambience. I highly recommend this spot.
Service - no. I don t like to specifically complain, but concerned folks will not realize the experience. No greeting! Customer comes in behind us and approaches counter and she says, flatly I m still helping them with a nod to us. He, embarrassed, steps waaaay back. She forgot to give us our ground coffee - we remembered and had to go back: found it still on the grinder. She reluctantly described what was in the bakery case.
When the barista literally <<throws up hands>> shouts please don t reach between the napkins and the register! (a four-inch space inside which are the stir sticks) you gotta wonder. I mean, Covid-safety, I understand, but 1) provide the stir stick when you pass the cup or 2) don t scream.
Verve, across the street, should have been our choice, but the Google promised more. Try Verve.

Good coffee, great service and a nice relaxing ambience to boot. Want a good, quick hot cup of joe? Lulu Carpenter's is the place to swing through and is a "Hit' in my book.
Extremely cool atmosphere. The kind of spot to get to early for a quick pick-me-up on a day trip. Extremely good coffee for the price. The place is near a lot of other food venues and attractions so definitely a place to visit.
