On the surface the place looks good; especially for kiddies. They have a 3 foot pool and water slides for the bigger kids. There's an arcade and a bowling alley which is quite fun., but if everything works well that is. If anything goes wrong, a long wait from staff and rude service is what you'll expect. The customer is always right, but in this place, the staff is always right and a customer takes a backseat. Inclusive of how pool time is cut short and go-kart rides fluctuate between lapse sometimes cutting one group short over another. It attracts unruly people and a police presence from Mount Laurel are required. This is a customer be where you will pay for what you get.

Worst place ever, brought my kids there 3 different times. They got sick the next day, all 3 times. First 2 times, I thought it might ve been a coincidence...definitely not. All 3 times they went in the foam frenzy, the balls are extremely dirty and most definitely never get cleaned. If you want your kids to get sick, go here.

We had a lot of fun over here they have really great arcades I really like the one pirate coin game where you have to collect all 7 cards and the pricing is not too badly either they have a pass for $27 for the day and that gets you on all the rides the kids definitely had a lot of fun and the pass was Unlimited so they got to go on the rides over and over again I will definitely be coming back here

We booked this one for my son's birthday, we had a blast. Our host was Jayme, she was so good, took care of our all guests, took the kids around and entertained is. She came to say goodbye and wished to see us again. The place is give with lots of games for young and old. Go karts are the main attraction and there is outdoor activities too for the summer. We will visit again definitely, not the downside is the food is expressiv with little choices. I really hope they could bring some changes in the menu, esp for vegetarians.

Our first time here I drove 1hr 40mins for my son 7th birthday. We thought we would surprise him with something different. He didn't have a good time at all. Then he was to short for the ride he liked. Its not alot to choose from inside to charge 35.00 you basically pay that to bowl cause there's only 2 great things indoors that includes your $35.00. Workers looked unhappy themselves just dragging their feet, no good spirit for the kids. Adults using their kids cards to get on the rides with their kids plus my kids and they drunk with alcohol on them(unacceptable). Food way to expensive just for a yogurt parfait $7.00 I have 2 kids so $14.00. 5inc Cheese steak with a little bit of meat with fries $14.00 a small drink 3.50. Eat before you go. Such a waste of time and money my opinion. My son said he would of been much happier if we just went to The Family Oasis and he crawl around in the tubes which is 14 dollars all day play & cheaper games. Spent a total of 150.00 for 3 hrs and my baby was still unhappy yet disappointed on his day never again...

So glad we went on a Sunday before 12 for the discounted rate. The rides on the inside are duplicated on the outside, with the exception of the bumper cars and small go cart track. Good fun for kids over 42 inches and under 18. Bring extra cash for the arcade. Side note, the parmesan shaker on the tables contains garlic salt/powder, so shake cautiously.. I almost ruined the whole pizza

I'm giving this place 4 stars only because I didnt get to enjoy the water park so I cant review it. I went with a group but my family specifically had a 3 year old, 2 year old, 5 month old and my husband who was adamant that he wasnt doing nothing. My son and his God mother enjoyed the water park while me and my group was able to ride some rides. Once it was time to get my son, I went to take him on some rides and he was able to only do 1 ride. I still paid $40 for his ticket. I think children 3 and under should be free. My favorite ride was out of service but not for long. The lines were not long which was surprising. I really enjoyed the 3 D "ride". I didnt get to go bowling because I didnt want my husband to he left out since he was pushing the stroller. Overall I believe this is a good park for the family however they should not charge for children 3 and under. Oh and let's not forget the typical overpriced food. I was thirsty and spent 4 bucks for a medium soda.

Games are a rip off. The little explanation on the game states that you can win of you have the skills to maneuver the joystick properly.......but over and over again I hit the mark but the little piece would not go through. There must be a thin peice of glass blocking the piece from entering!!!! Total sham!!!

A very fun place to take the kids that has everything. Bowling, arcade, laser tag, foam pit, thrill rides, a mini water park and food. You can have parties here for reasonable prices here too. Its clean pretty clean for the most part. The staff is pretty nice and they vending machines for any snacks one may like. It has a huge parking lot. This place can get pretty crowded so going on a day where you can avoid a crowd would be ideal.

Great activities for kids and the family: minigolf, carnival style rides, smaller waterpark, bowling, indoor small go karts, arcade. Think six flags but smaller scale. Great bang for buck if you buy the ride passes can have a good few hours of fun.
The minigolf also has over 36 holes so lots of fun there.
Not super fancy and food/drinks are priced up.
Overall great visit and day trip for the family or a cute date night

A+++++

We went for a birthday party. We spent more time waiting to go do fun things then actually doing fun things. And the video games we're really not very entertaining. I'm sure it's a lot more fun in the summer when the outside is open.

Use to be nice. This is a cash cow from the time you walk in and leave you will be spending money. Horrible line control with food. Most of the time your waiting in line for refills which costs you to lose alot of time enjoying Funplex.

(Trip details: Mid-January, party of 5 2 adults, 3 children aged 9,13, & 14 single night unlimited rides "Extreme" wristbands, initial $25 video game credits loaded to each wristband, $300 entry fee total. *Important general info at the end of this review.) Warning: The Funplex is INCREDIBLY expensive for a single trip and, in my opinion, totally not worth the money- especially if you don't plan on being there for almost an entire day. If you don't have large amounts of expendable cash and want to plan a fun night out for the family, look elsewhere! First: the lines can be forever long for every worthy attraction which severely limits your ability to experience them "unlimitedly." To be expected though, right? If you plan accordingly and have the stamina to endure an environment of pure chaos for 6+hours to make it worth it, more power to you, I sure don't and the money you would spend in that amount of time would be staggering. A 3-hour trip to Funplex is nowhere near close enough to justify the entry fees alone, take away the rest of the money you will spend here. Secondly: claw, video, & boardwalk games, what kid doesn't love them?!! This is the second extremely big rip off at Funplex. Start with how many tokens it takes to play most video & claw games, which is 4. Say goodbye to your 50 credits in about 8 minutes, literally. The claw games loaded with those irresistible prizes and tickets caches; forget about it. Funplex is shameless in its rigging of these games. You can visibly see the claws are programmed to release any fetched item as they raise to the top, regardless of how well secured. This may seem trivial, but if you decide to go and see what I'm talking about for yourself, it's shameless on Funplex's behalf to so blatantly profit from the foreboding eyes of children. The boardwalk games such as water gun game and basketball shooting; some can take 25% of your tokens to play 1 TIME!! Okay, some general observations and positives: the general population on a weekend night at Funplex where rather unruly and very rough around there edges. Tons of profanity and blatant disregard for rules or authority. I witnessed several completely uncalled for verbal confrontations, but they were speedily diffused. There were nice people there as well, but they were the few. I'm assuming this is the norm at Funplex as the local police department has to place a DEDICATED POLICE OFFICER to walk back-and-forth throughout the facility. The Funplex seemed overall rather clean considering crowd size and all the areas needing cleaning- a big plus for anybody! There were food spills that took a while to get cleaned, but they were ultimately cared for. Go-karts take forever to get on, are not very thrilling for my teenagers or myself. Bowling was fun and probably the best kept and ran attraction in the indoor facility.

Huge parking lot, never have to worry about no parking. Wish they would do something about the entrance tho,if you're not quick enough, you'll miss it. If your too quick , you'll bottom out your car on the dip (ask me how I Know)

Now that they expanded to include the water park, the whole place is less crowded because the crowd is spread. The season passes makes the summer fun for my kids because we can go anytime and not have to pay anything except for food, beverages, bowling and arcades.

I took my daughter here for her birthday on two occasions and all had a great time both times. The first time she and her friends went only rides only and the second the arcade only. We will definitely come back in the future.

We was visiting from out of state. And my aunt who lives in Willingboro recommended this place. We came on a rainy day so, we wasnt able to use the outdoor facilities. But the indoors was just as fun for my kids. Prices are steep especially if you have multiple kids. But overall this place is huge. We will definitely come back next time.
