Totally loved the place.
Its a place for perfect coffee date setup.
Ambience and Vibe of the place is majestic.
Pastries served are going to satiate your taste buds and will compel you to indulge in more eating.
Eventually very appealing place for Coffee and Pastries.

The food is good but that's the only thing going for this place. We went there for an early breakfast on a Saturday. When we reached the place was virtually empty with only a few tables occupied. Noticed a person smoking in seating area. I spoke with the manager who simply asked us to sit elsewhere. After a while another couple came and sat on the next table, after a few minutes that guy also lit up a cigarette.

Clearly not a place to go if you don't smoke or are with kids. The manager wasn't ready to do anything about the situation.

If you don't know how to find this place, you're most likely to miss it! We stumbled upon it while hanging around Koregaon Park and were on our way to Malaka Spice. This place is in a private lane touching Malaka Spice. The ambiance is great, the food even better..

It's a patisserie started by an old couple who trained in France after their corporate jobs; the resulting authenticity is evident in the quality of the desserts and the food. The outdoor seating area is nice. A little ways in down an alley, it really gives the small European cafe feel.

Exquisite, delicious, decadent...I am simply speechless at the amazing location, food, service, warmth... Kudos to the team and Babita... Oh and the best part is that they are part friendly...

I have extremely mixed feelings about this place. We ll talk about the good things first. Entrees and mains were good. Good, not great. Desserts were awesome. We had ordered the tartlets and avocado hashbrowns. Then a prawns dish. It took forever to get our first order out. Almost half an hour. We had to keep asking for the basic things like cutlery, plates, water. We had to keep reminding the attender for it again and again. And it isn t as if this place has self service so this sort of a thing isn t expected. Serving plates and water is hotel management 101. Our prawns arrived even after the desserts. And we still weren t given plates.
There were two extremely cute, well mannered doggos chilling around the place. (One star extra for these pure souls )

CX Observations:

CX Observations:
Staff require training in language (should know English and at least one Official Indian Language) and customer interaction etiquette
Staff require serving competence training e.g. neglecting to give sugar and stirrer/spoon with tea and taking 5 minutes to rectify the error - the tea as a result becomes lukewarm
Staff need to smile
Staff need to engage in positive conversations with customers and not address customer questions with counter questions

Gandhiji:
A customer is the most important visitor on our premises. He is not dependent on us. We are dependent on him. He is not an interruption of our work. He is the purpose of it. He is not an outsider of our business. He is part of it. We are not doing him a favour by serving him. He is doing us a favour by giving us the opportunity to do so.

Serves the best pastry I have ever had! Their pastries really give the feel that it has been prepared by some exotic European chef. The ambience is in tune with the taste. The costs are slightly on the higher side, but the taste and experience justifies it. They often change their decor as per the festivals and seasons. They often have live performers on weekends. This place is just worth it!

Pathetic!! just visited coz a friend recommended. The food was below average all the service was slow. The cafe failed to provide good food as promised meat was dry and the sauce on side were barely visible. Recommend for waste of money and food

This place is best for bakery products. All of the items are hygenic and tasty. The only issue is it is costly.
We had been here several times to have different pasterries, cakes, bread. We even had brunch over here. Brunch is average compared to many other places.
Cheesecake flan and chocolate cake is my personal favorite.

We went to @thefrenchwindowpatisserie on a rainy night for dessert. I was tempted by the cheesecake with a twist, the cheesecake flan. Also had a couple of macroons. They were just perfect and one of the best we had yet. Overall a cozy place with good music vibes and food.

A really blissful place to be! Hot chocolate was a must have! If you ever want to have great pastries with coffee or eggs made to your choice then this is the place. Great fun! Manager was a friendly guy as well!

A beautiful patisserie , wonderful bruschetta, delicious macaroons, fancy tomato soup. The broccoli & cauliflower augratin was lip smacking delicious.

I took one star away cause I think they should have better signage since it s in a lane next to malaka spice. Having foolproof directions is an easy fix. We followed Google maps and there s no direction to come inside the lane. (If the owners are reading this- please contact google and get this edited, google is quite responsive in such matters, I ve done it for my store)

The wait staff were slightly slower & slightly less attentive, but when the food is good, what s the hurry anyway :)

And it s pet friendly! I love pet friendly establishments.

My gang will definitely visit them again!
Thumbs up

Fabulous french food, amazing ambience and a comfortable, homely vibe characterize the French Window Patisserie. A place where you bump into old friends whilst enjoying the superlative dishes, desserts, chocolate and more from Babita and the family. Resident dogs AND doggie friendly... Absolutely cannot go wrong here ( )

Delightful. They have the most peaceful, quiet and smokeless terrasse in Koregaon Park where to enjoy nicely revisited French gastronomy with your beloved ones. The staff promptly welcomes you and the service is utterly efficient.

Great ambiance and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The vibe is really nice...I went there around Christmas so the decor ,the music ,the feel and the morning cold was a perfect setting. The food was alright, nothing great .. desserts are good!

Tasty food and great menu. Service is great too, the servers know about all the dishes and can answer questions about any dish well. Ambience is casual and open. Not very expensive as well, actually pretty pocket friendly.

Amazing place. The food is tasty. Somewhere between a fine dining and a casual restaurant. But one must definitely try the cheese caramel cake. The liquorice in it brings out the flavor..

Located in lane 5, Koregaon Park. This eatery serves some delicious French cousine. It is a pet friendly cafe, loaded with some books to read in your leasure. The food quite was up to the mark and the taste was authentic. Try out The Poutine. (Pork) also comes in chicken variant. And don't forget the macaroons. Atmosphere is calm, green...Perfect for your weekend brunch.

Great food and atmosphere. A regular joint for Sunday brunch whenever I am in Pune. The breakfast menu is sumptuous, the coffee freshly brewed, juices freshly squeezed and the main course, delicious. A place I always go back to.

The ambience has several plus points, including many cute French touches and good food. But I was not impressed by the long dusty road leading from the street to the entryway, some pruning and weeding needs in the garden showcasing an outdoor gazebo probably used for performances, and -- on particular -- the dirty white canvas overhang above the tables. Ambience to me is very important in rating a place. At The French Window Patisserie, it just wasn't up to what I think of as Koregaon Park quality.

I found the menu fascinating, more for the quirky pricing than the tempting choices. A glance at one of my photos below, in which I've circled some prices, will show you what I mean. What could possibly be the reason for such offbeat numbers as Rs 286, 319, and 381? Most curious.

That said, my roasted bell pepper hummus with caramelized onion sandwich (nicely grilled) was quite tasty, and the cappuccino also good. But that dirty overhang remained a distraction throughout the meal. Hopefully, they'll find a way to get on top of that problem, and work on other design issues. The restaurant could be a standout.

Location and ambience is good.

Location and ambience is good.
Had Hot chocolate, chicken quinche and cheesecake. Hot chocolate was nice, cheesecake not upto the mark. Chicken quinche was something different and not bad but a bit too pricy i thought.
All in all a nice place to hang out but just about okay for the food. Definitely not as much the hype and ratings as per Zomato.

Easily one of my most favourite places in Pune. They've got two lazy but friendly dogs. The ambience is just amazing. The place is so beautifully decorated and has a very soothing atmosphere. By this I mean that it's surrounded with lots of trees and they even have a gazebo installed with bird feeders at one corner of the cafe and you can find a lot of chirpy birds flying around in it. It's perfect to read a book or just have nice conversation with blissful music playing in the background. The place is very pretty and it's also located right next to a beautiful park.

The fooood! Omg. The food is amaazing. Food is perfectly made and the pastries are to die for! Specially the strawberry chocolate pastry that they have. It's exquisite.

I just want to thank you for the great job you did on mah Personal occasion cake. "Everything was a hit"!
I want to let you know that the cake was absolutely Perfect. We all are agreed after the first bite that it was the best tasting cake we'd ever eaten. It was also beautifully decorated... You do amazing work...
~Thank you so much for everything~

First things first. It's a pet friendly restaurant for all you pet lovers out there. Nestled in a quaint KP bylane it is easy to miss. The access is a road with pointy stones but the restaurant is totally worth it.

The greenery adds to the casual relaxed vibe. The food and service are good but desserts are the best part about the place.

The manager with long hair is absolutely brash and has no sense of how to talk to customers. The previous management was sophisticated and not rowdy like this guy. I can officially say French Window has lost its charm only and only because of this long haired manager who cannot manage.

A beautiful, quite, Serene place in one of the bylanes of Koregaon Park. The only downside is the pathetic road leading to this place. This is that one place where you can sit the whole day n just relax. They have books n dogs for company. We had the Irish flavoured coffee n the Vietnamese iced latte. Both were gud. But the Jamaican pastry was the highlight. With rum, chocolate n coffee each bite was a heavenly delight.

Not that great a place. Rather, maybe the food that i ordered was not correct. I ordered a lemon cheesecake whoch wasnt much good but the chocolate mousse is totally recommended. The ambience is very nice. Give an old south Bombay cafe like feeling. Many trees around and good music. Just be ware of the parking as its quite conjusted. The staff is very helpful and welcoming.

Disclaimer: This place is not findable on Google maps as they have changed their location. Better call them before you go. It is located next to Malaka spice now.

I went there seeing the high ratings on zomato but well I found it a bit over hyped.
The ambiance was really nice but the service was slow. It was a task to call the waiters to take our order. Plus for the outside seating, there was only one fan which concentrated only on two tables so it got pretty hot during the day time.
I found the menu was pretty limited.
They have pastries inside which are not mentioned on the menu which I found a bit Weird.
So we went inside and ordered a pastry for us. The pastry was very fresh and nicely made. We then ordered mango iced tea which was again very refreshing.
The crowd is pretty good at this place.
It's not too expensive as well. It's a nice place to go and chill with your friends.

Tried the Bennidict (butter croissants, poached egg, bacon), good stuff.
They serve pour over from blue tokai, which is good and probably the only restaurant in pune that served blue tokai coffee.
The desserts as always are spot on and the highlight of the food.
