I've had Legal Sheild for over 20 years. I didn't use it much until 2018 when I needs a lot of help navigating the Social Security system. Michael Townsend was nothing short of indispensable. He got me through a very daunting process. More recently Matthew Hall helped me out with a heartbreaking situation I needed legal advice on. These 2 men were very knowledgeable, empathetic and kind and got me through some very difficult times. I could not have done it without them. God bless them!-edw
