Awesome , freshly made pies. They are expensive. Far more than Mrs Smith's frozen but we'll worth it. Give it a try and get hooked. But brush your teeth after eating it. Or you'll make the dentist a happy happy man. Hahaha.

I purchased a lemon creme and pecan pie for the first time for Thanksgiving. The pies are incredible. The crust are flaky and they were fresh and delicious. Now I know why their lines are so long.

My family LOVES their pies... Especially the strawberry pie! But all of them are very delicious and tasty! :)

The pies are amazing. I always get the banana cream pie, it is amazing. The employees are amazing and nice. The pie is consistently amazing. They also sell individual slices as well as whole pies.

Tend to be crowed in holidays and probably you would not get the pie you want, so plan ahead. Plenty of good pie choices though.

I am 50 years old now and i have grown up eating these pies since I was probably in my early teens when visiting my grandma. She would always have a chocolate or strawberry pie at her house or have my dad go get some when we visited her house . If you are ever in Houston you have to get a pie cause they are THE BEST pies in Houston. Always busy on the holidays cause lines are vet long

No words can explain this place is great i made a order of almost 40 pies ! It was quick and a very nice lady that works there offerd to help us the experience was great!! I would recommend this place to anybody

People always wanna rate when something is bad but we do this hear enough from people when something is GOOD! WE get pies from here thanks 2 one of our loyal customers who treats us as a thank you every holiday season and these pies are ALWAYS DELISH!! NO complaints here from me or all of my other 13 Co workers! Thanks Flying Saucer for making a great piece year after year!!

Their apple pie is my personal favorite. Their banana cream pie is a close second.

The pies here are amazing. They've been around 50 years for a reason. My personal favorite is the chocolate, though family also loves the strawberry, pecan, key lime, and pumpkin.

The people are nice. The pie crust is great. The peach pie filling was mediocre. For $14.00 we probably wouldn't go again.

We tried durch apple pie and BlackBerry pie which were excellent. Strawberry cream pie seemed to have food coloring in it and was overly sweet. However we will go again to get fruit pies.

Best pies ever , November either order first because they sell out , highly recommended, but to be honest they are so I can eat a whole pie in one day.

This pie shop has been in the area for ages so they have perfected their pie crust and fillings. Whole pies and pies by the slice are sold. Cream, fruit and cheesecakes are offered daily. Flying Saucer is closed on Sunday and Monday. Beware of long lines on the holidays, especially Thanksgiving.

OMG! My mom's favorite "to die for" place. That's one helluva compliment since she is an expert cook in her own right.

I had two of these pies for a party of mine, they were the most spectacular pies I ve ever had.

We bought a whole coconut cream pie and two slices of the strawberry cream pie. The rave reviews about the strawberry cream pie are true, it really is so delicious! The coconut cream pie was also delicious, although I preferred the strawberry cream pie over the coconut cream pie. The crust is flaky and buttery. Try a slice of pie, you won't be disappointed!

I used to buy Cheesecakes and cream pies and more at Flying saucer.. Good one..

May 9, 2020 6:20pm. I called them to check if they still had strawberry cream pie they said yes. As soon as I arrived they told me they had ran out. I drove 30min to get there wasted an hour driving. She didn't even seem to care that I had called.

A Houston tradition in pies. Their location is accessible, and they have what you want, when you want it. Especially at holidays.

Flying saucer the name says it all be ready to go to another Dimension when you try their pies , have been coming here since we lived in Houston , delicious pies when i am in the area I alway pick a few to give to clients, my daughters love their pies , during holidays lines are long but the wait is worth it.

OMG!!! The best pies ever!!!! If you're in the area you have to stop in and get you some!!!! Just be prepared to stand in a huge line come the Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays cause this place IS THE PLACE TO BE FOR PIES!!!!

To the seasonal pies and to the pies that we can get every day all year round these pies are exceptional, an extraordinary best Pies in Houston if you're going to spend $100 around the holiday season you won't be wasting your time with the pie, and you won't be disappointed. We passed by and decided to stop in, I was disappointed because my first two choices for pies - they did not have (buttermilk and/or chocolate fudge). I went with the chocolate cream which, by the way it was delicious.

The regular apple pie and key lime pie are great, the staff was very friendly and the place was clean.

My local favorite pizza place sells Flying Saucer whole pies - I ve been waiting to try the strawberry cream. Wow, this is one amazing & delicious pie. Perfect ratios of fresh filling, cream & crust. I have no clue as to the health implications of eating whole pies over the course of a few days, by yourself - but I couldn t care less. It s wonderful gluttony.
