Best gym I've ever gone to. It has a great warm and friendly atmosphere. Kelly and the other coaches always make sure you have laugh. Couldn't recommend more, great for all levels of fitness.
Such a welcoming place to train with great instructors, challenging classes and a lovely owner. The only gym I've been to which feels like a lil family (and I've been to a few!)

I started training at The Fit Station 1 year after giving birth to my second child, and I have never been fitter or stronger. There are classes to suit everyone, the coaches are incredible and my kids love the play area. Even my husband was hooked after completing a 6 week challenge. Bringing the kids along and working out along side my husband is something that no other gym in our area offers. We love The Fit Station!

Cannot recommend this place highly enough!!! The support and encouragement i receive from Kel and the team is incredible! I am so happy with how far I have come and results are amazing. I travel 30- 45 minutes away well worth it when you have the support you need :)
Such a fun place to go and train. I'm definitely alot stronger since going and the instructors have so much energy! There's a wide variety of classes at times that suit me. Its also extremely affordable compared to alot of other gyms. Love the whole family friendly inclusive vibe!
Kelly and the team are great trainers. They've made me feel welcome and part of the family from day one. With many membership and class options there is something for everyone. I'm so glad I found these guys! Best gym I've been to.

Coming from a Gym to Fit Station has been one of the best fitness decisions I have ever made. I have always been someone who has been reluctant and nervous to join group exercise due to my own self esteem. When my friend suggested joining Fit Station I was scared nervous, thinking I won t be able keep up or I will for sure embarrass myself, but it wasn t like that at all!! Kelly and her team are amazing each coach has their own story their own journey and the best thing about everyone the members the coaches is that there is no judgment. Everyone s a winner!!! The additional support that Kelly provides by holding me accountable and keep us on track with our journey is limitless and priceless. In one sentence The Fit Station is my Fit fam and is hands down the best thing I have ever done for myself!! Thank you Kelly and her amazing team.
