Spent a great afternoon on the lawn at Felons Pub. Great selection of food and drinks.
Drinks are pricey but the atmosphere and surrounds made up for that.
Family friendly with a large pirate ship for the kids. Very busy but didn t feel overcrowded.
Brisbane City Council need to look at establishing a ferry terminal for the facility which would give the venue an extra star.

Love this little slice of paradise in Brisbane. Newly renovated with great outdoor setting, lovely restaurants, pub and coffe and underground parking this place is perfect. Very tranquil, relaxing and peaceful. Also a great place for mums and toddlers to relax in the lawn. Also good for corporate functions or work events. Highly recommend a visit if you ever come to Brisbane. Nithing beats the sunset and sunsrise from this area too. #ilovebrisbane

*Edit since you asked so politely.

I was invited out to the Howard Smith Wharves to Felons Brewing. I have not long been in Brisbane.

I found the Ample parking under the wharves to be cheap for my extended stay, The guard at the front gate was polite and well versed in directing me to where I needed to go. The water front of the Wharves with the ample seating, wonderful lighting and heating made my stay feel most welcome and not uncomfortable.

This is a must visit place for anyone new to Brisbane.

Car park was closed and we were directed to another park over a kilometer away. Parked the car, walked back and we were pretty underwhelmed. A pub/brewery, Greek restaurant, and another bar/restaurant Mr Percival's. That's about it...South Bank or Eagle St much better bet.
Food at the pub was disappointing. There was more cucumber in the Ceviche than fish. Calimari was ho hum.
Atmosphere - nil
No real reason to go back other than river views and it's not the only place with those.

Wonderful to further showcase the Brisbane river, but I was disappointed. The place is super busy, with Uber s double parking and blocking traffic before you even get inside. Forget about a seat on a Friday or Saturday night and think yourself lucky if you can stand somewhere near the water. We were lucky to not be leaning on a garden bed out the back. (We did however get an sms an hour after we left to say our table was ready). The pizzas were amazing, as were the staff who found me despite only being able to hold my table number up in the air. If you like a drink it has to be beer or wine. There wasn t anything else. And those who need a toilet will find themselves standing in an alley near the rubbish bins. Reminded me of Munich but with an ineffective use of space.

My wife and I had walked to Howard Smith Wharves and came across Polpetta. The maitre de struggled to raise his eyes from the manifest of potential guests eating at his restaurant; and mumbled he may be able to assist (and even eluded to the fact he couldn't fit us in [10+ tables free] - the welcome was far from a welcome. The service was average, the restaurant seemed disorganised from a service perspective. The only saving grace at this establishment ....The food was good.

Still being built or re-furbed, after the crowds have left and the pubs and eateries are closed, just to stand there feeling the oh-so cruel cool breeze blowing, hushing the noise of the cars overhead, into white noise and know that whilst you're taking it all in. In 3hrs time you once again become a worker drone, surrounded by the noise of so called production and wish it was 4hrs ago, when there was barely no sound around you. You can drive/walk to the wharf. Or marathon man the steps, or do as I did and caught the elevator. Peace and quiet I'll be back there again.

Visited Felons Brewing and the place is huge. Was very busy when we visited so couldn't get a table but it was fine to just lean on the railing drink our beers.

I'll certainly be returning during the day with the kids as there is a bit of grass to sit on and relax, with beautiful views of the story bridge and city.

Riverfire lawn package for $90/head. There was no space on the lawn. Outrageous waste of money and poorly managed. For background information this package includes 2 drinks, a main meal and a gelato. For $90, I didnt expect to have to que for almost an hour to collect my meal.. essentially a bain marie style choice of different food options. The two drinks are schooner (425mL). Anything else is $11 for a 425mL schooner of beer which is a disgusting price gauge. Feel totaply ripped off. Never again.

Wow wow what can I say what a fabulous development for Brisbane. The whole Precinct is child and pet friendly. The brewery supplies beer all along the way and easy to access a drink at anytime. Lots of great heating options from cheap to classy. Great to sit on the grass at dusk and watch the Story Bridge lights come up.

Excellent venue to visit & enjoy what has been established so far. It is an easy place to get to either by walking, riding your bike, riding a scooter which are readily available in Brisbane. You can can also catch the City Cats & alight at a nearby City Cat station.
Parking is available but at a price which can add up.
There is also Mantra hotel onsite which is very appropriate for anyone staying in & around that part of Brisbane.
Various restaurants & a brewery called Felons is well worth a visit to try the variety of beers that are made at this place.
Overall anybody visiting Brisbane from overseas or interstate should mark this place down in their schedule.

What a clumsy mess! Sure it looks pretty on the outside and the views are lovely, But try organising a pick up or drop off in the evening, cars are backed up around the tiny entrance, you get yelled at by a grumpy security guard attempting to direct traffic. This shared walkway is a dangerous and chaotic area. Another example of Brisbane town planning gone wrong. Sure the venues look pretty but the service and quality is sub standard amd overpriced. You cant make a booking anywhere and just have to take pot luck on a venue.

Felons under the story bridge. Sitting on the grass on a blanket with a milk crate table, savouring a Moreton Bay Bug roll with hot chips and a huge salad accompanied by a slushie margarita, listening to jazz, all for $35. Couldn't have asked for a more luxurious night on a mimimal budget. Amazing views. Friendly staff. Comfortable, family and pet friendly atmosphere.

Caught up with a mate for a casual meal and a couple of beers at Felons - great location overlooking the river, excellent service, food was tasty (pizza) and their craft beers are very approachable (we approached quite a few).

Get yourself a scooter or powered by your own two legs. Wandering along here on a clear day is a lovely way to spend some time.
There are a number of eateries along here if you want to settle in for a while longer as well.
