Have spent a week trying to get hold of someone to ask for advice or to make an appointment, on hold for half an hour at a time, no help unless for debt advice it seems, far too many unclear options when calling, which is unhelpful with mental health conditions. Have tried city, county and local numbers. Sorry but useless in my opinion and if I could give 0 stars I would.

Total waste of of Time. Went with a friend who had an appointment. Yet had to wait over an hr & 15mins. That too the middle aged woman adviser kept going back to the Manager as she did Not know the answers to the Qs asked. How on earth did She get the job as an Adviser? Obviously we just left.

Really helpful and empowering in relation to an issue I was having.

On 2 days spent 40 minuets with no one to answer my call so gave up
Was more stressed than I was before

Not very helpful, didn't really get much from the advice and left non the wiser

Not worth visiting. Just try to use their web, even telephone service, no one answer except for the machine.

How the hell do you actually make an appointment???? It's a nightmare.

Not the greatest or precise legal advice given here. You are honestly better off paying for a solicitor instead of being told you don't have a case because their knowledge of law seems to be what you can find on the internet yourself. The staff at reception take a while to acknowledge you. Guess they must not get paid enough to care and then just walk off mid conversation.

I phoned them to help me and my mum, i didn't know who to help and we had a heated argument and the she threttened to call the police on me, my advice worse than useless, don't use them ever

Waiting too much time, and not offer to help you to much.

Did not have a good review for this place as from the first of December I tried contacting them to try and get arrangements for my son has he doesn't leave the house and it took me to the 10th of December to get an appointment with them messing me around and that I'm supposed to have had an home visit being in a wheelchair and not allowed in the premises but I had to force myself to get in the premises so we could get some help

Good place to recive any consumer advice and more advice you need for free.

Exceptional and professional staff eager to assist and advise.
Due to busy workloads of the staff a calm approach is best by clients.

You have to wait quite long hours sometimes it s quiet so it s okay, but the service is great very friendly empathetic and finds the best solution they can to support the community.

What a waste of time, they are not open on Saturdays and the telephone number you have to give is a land line number and area code? As for the excess number of c/a websites, all icon say is that the telephone numbers have either changed or nine existaint, so where do I go for advice, nowhere in Leicester that I know of

Over half an hour on the telephone to simply make an appointment. I guess these guys are really busy. It's difficult to give a helpful review because I haven't had my appointment yet so giving a rating is non applicable. This serves perhaps as a note on how difficult it is to sort anything over the telephone. It might be best to contact them via email. The person I spoke to was not a confident speaker and had a hard time understanding my Leicester accent even though I called the Leicester office.

I'm sure they would tell you this themselves, that it would be best to visit the Citizen's advice website to see if you can get help there first before telephoning. I may simply have been unfortunate to talk with someone a little out of their depth (it sounded like it was her first day on the job)

I will amend this review after The Citizen's Advice Bureau gets in touch, gives me an appointment and I have attended.

Citizen advice should help people my own opinion is they didn't help me at all I just spend credit and till they answer so long omg ... and they didn't response even not help me out with situation they said we will call u back but till today nobody world is upside down sorry but their services is not good !!!

Helpfull staff well mannered and freindly helped my problems the wait was worth the result 10/10

Probably not enough call handlers, stayed on the line was willing to wait hours but it hung up on their end. Don t bother calling them they don t have time for your problems.

Very helpful people. But I think your opening times listing might be a little misleading. The phone number closes at 4.30PM - not AM. :)
