Crooks. Rip off.They owe me more than 3000 US . Never responded to my demand for money. Give yourself a favour stay away from them. There are other better companies providing similar service much cheaper then these sharks.

Good place for Freshers because they are facing work load and chances to learn alot. One of the few medium sized IT companies in Coimbatore. Of course using new technologies. Salary is average in the Industry. Management is not good enough to manage the 200+ people. Decision making authorities has to be changed. Few senior persons behave like Sundar pichai, Amit Singhal, larry page etc., Even they are not skilled average. There is no future focus. Very pathetic customer service. Incomplete product deliveries. Politics among superiors. Unadjustable people. Seniority ego issues. Few loyal people are there to work for their fate and keeping the company stay alive. Many greater bandicoot rats are hiding behind too few loyal workers. Fortunately I am not of their bandicoots or loyal workers anymore. Top level management has to be awaken. Dear CEO first learn how to treat / handle employees as well as customers instead of tricking them always.
Purchased Script. NDOT did not deliver. Communication agreed refund. NDOT kept my money and never provided refund. Deal with this rip off conmpany at your own risk. Will post email communication to back up this review. Suggest you google NDOT SCAM. If you pay them expect to not get what you ask for, and dont expect your money back

NDOT - SALES TEAM FORCED ME TO BUY TAXI MOBILITY DEFAULT APPLICATION, ASKED ME TO PAY SETUP CHARGES 1,30,000/- INR + CUSTOMISATION. I CLEARLY TOLD AFTER AGGREGATOR LICENSE, I WILL START PAYING. UNFORTUNATELY I COULDN T GET LICENSE DUE TO LOCAL ISSUES. I WISH TO WITHDRAW SERVICES.
NOW IM ASKING TO PAY ME 80,000/- INR AS REFUND AND 50,000/- INR FOR ALL THESE DAYS SERVICES GIVEN. TEAM AND MANAGEMENT IS NOT READY TO PAY ME MINIMAL AMOUNT OF 80,000/-INR. THEY ARE SAYING ITS NON REFUNDABLE POLICY - I NEVER SIGNED THERE AGREEMENT POLICY.

Interview experience was not good! Not professional enough to conduct interviews and run the company! They don't have any vision/ idea what their company is going to be in future!
Very Very terrible company! They are only after money and not service at all. The systems they built is like a dead horse, its got a lot of bugs and when you try to fix this the other break up. You can spend you money on this guys at your own risk! Poor company.
This is the first time ever that I write a complaint about a company and my general assessment of NDOT is as follow:
1- I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
2-Trying to have them build my ecommerce website was a major mistake. I paid a lot of money for an unstable website and sloppy script.
3- Before I purchased, I took a look at several other NDOT reviews and people seem to report that this a rip off company. They stopped working on my site once full payment was received leaving a large trail of bugs and a very expensive site that is still not operational today with basic elements simply just absent.
4- Now their will not fix their own bugs and claim I approved the work many months ago and wouldn't work on it. I will keep this review brief but I am preparing a much larger document with more infos on this company out of India. Anyone else in this situation please contact me together we can put an end to this. Thanks
