Always visiting my favorite restaurant Zuma and spent $$$$ and never had problem with parking
Person who sits in the parking department very unprofessional can t even pretend that she happy to see people and explain that if you pass 10 min after validation was valid have to change $22. People who showed up at the same time and same party as me didn t pay , but I did , so unfair.

We live in Broward and decided to check out this hotel being that we were attending a nearby event. What we liked the most about this hotel were the views of dowtown and the water, which are amazing. We stayed in a premier king room with water views on the 20th floor. We already knew that parking would be vallet only for $44 a day. Upon arrival we noticed the congestion in the driveway and were somewhat rushed to get out of the car in order to move the car out of the way. Service at the front desk was ok, but could have been more welcoming. The restaurants on site are overpriced. We decided to check out the Zuma restaurant and had to leave because we weren't even served water after being seated for about 15 minutes. However, we were told that the restaurant is not affiliated with the hotel. We opted for room service instead and were not disappointed there. The food came quick, within 20 minutes, and it was warm and tasted delicious. We ordered the epic burger and Korean pork tacos and a side of fries. The room was nicely decorated and comfortable, it had everything we needed. The soaking tub in the room was also a nice touch. Overall, we are giving it three stars given that we expect customer service to be at its best given the price point and location of this hotel.

Did not honor booking made directly with hotel. I arrived at 9:00 P.M. after working a full day and flying 3 hours. After a $40 uber ride to the hotel they informed me they gave my room away to a customer who paid a higher price than I did. No offer to rebook, no offer to assist and no solutions other than we should have called you b/c we did this a day ago and knew we couldn't provide the room you booked. I booked this through Kimpton's website. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and INEPT MANAGEMENT. I WILL NEVER STAY AT A KIMPTON OR IHG HOTEL GROUP AGAIN.

Excellent. Good location. Pool was nice although full shade by 2:00. Very nice and clean. Great staff. Hard to see how someone could complain. Would certainly return. Free bike rentals too.

Had my daughter not gone to Miami U some years ago , I may not have realized that this was a great location . This was a 4 night family holiday time trip for me and my daughters .The location of the Epic hotel is slightly off the beaten path so perhaps its not best for Miami first timers

This is a nice hotel. The rooms are beautiful and well appointed. The Bath is excellent. The bathtub in particular. It's the "V" shape of the tub that made for a relaxing and comfortable bath. The location is ok but is a bit away from the action of Miami Beach. Large and expansive pool area.

A really disappointing experience. I had heard great things about Epic but never stayed there due to price. When I finally got a decent price (4th of July weekend) I jumped at the chance to see what all the buzz was about. It turns out the FBI was having a conference there that weekend. I don't know if it mattered. Some things never change. The parking is terrible. Check in is terrible. Don't ever, ever accept a room below the 6th floor above the pool. The noise from the non stop party at the pool level makes it impossible to get a good night's sleep. The pool is not nearly as nice as others (i.e. Viceroy next door) and its jam packed full of children. The worst part is that I wrote 2 very polite emails to the management about the less than acceptable experience I had and got zip for a response. The first response told me the manager was out of town but he/she would get right back to me. After 2 weeks of waiting, I sent another response saying I never heard from anybody. A month plus later, I still haven't heard from anyone. The best thing about the hotel is the Asian restaurant on the first floor. Expensive but incredible food and service.

This hotel is pristine and every detail is perfect...

This hotel is pristine and every detail is perfect in terms of room quality and architecture. The size of the rooms is nice. Everything else is a let down, specifically the service, the staff, and the service. It might be because the hotel amenities are free and also open to the public. You don't need a room key to get to the 16th floor (which has all the amenities) - probably to allow non-hotel guests to dine at the restaurant or get appointments at the spa. This results in a very questionable experience. Their "all day cabana rentals" are $750 for cabanas facing the city and $400 for cabanas with a back to the wall. They can't be rented by the hour and the guy they got sitting there watching it gets curt if you ask too many questions. This doesn't change if you're a hotel guest and you "can't bring outside food in" to the pool. The wifi is also unsecure and open to the public so someone can steal your instachat password once you logon to it. This type of arrangement for the pool and internet (being open to the public) has likely conditioned the staff to treat everyone like they just walked in from the pier, and believe me, the staff have no problem treating you like trash. My recommendation, make the pool and wifi guests only (by adding a swipe access to the pool and making the internet secure), otherwise don't call it an amenity. Next time, I think I'll just get a hotel at half the price and come use their wifi and pool for free, just to get the view. If the pool is completely empty (like at 10 am), let the guests rent or use the cabanas instead of charging nightclub bottle service prices. Stop trying to be cool, you're trying to hard and it shows. The service was by far the worst thing about this place. You'd get better treatment at a Motel 6.

Spacious rooms, adequate amenities, the room is very spacious and comfortable, recommending floors 29 and 30 that give you spectacular views, especially the rooms with water views. Very clean and in good condition. A fabulous option to enjoy Miami

The hotel is very nice and the rooms all have good views and are of a good size. The only thing I do not like is that the pool is closed and the television in my room does not work very well.

We had a great stay. This hotel is modern and clean. We've got an upgrade and had bayview. The rooms are very big and comfortable. The bathrooms have a shower and bathtub (in our case of king bedroom w/ bayview). We had a balcony with view to the pool. They have 2 pools and bar and restaurant on 16th floor. During weekend the pool area was full/crowded if you weren't early enough there.
The valet parking was well organized, friendly, careful and friendly. Always have a tip ready. They deserve it working all day and night.
When we checked in with Alejandro it was very friendly and welcoming. We are on our honeymoon and got a nice little present. Thanks again for all this!! :)
The doors are well isolated so the noise of the street can be barely disrupting your night.
Very classy and high end hotel. We had a perfect stay. Thank you!

Lovely 29th floor room. Modest, but well-done decor. The food was amazing on the 16th floor. There's a dog park just a block away. The spa is very nice. The pull out couch bed was not what I had hoped- needs an upgrade. The staff was wonderful and welcoming.

Beautiful hotel. If your lucky you may face the room, which equals a very relaxing environment on the balcony. Nice gym especially the treadmills you can literally watch Netflix on the treadmill. Nice selection of weight training equipment as well.

We stayed at the Kimpton for 3 nights. Our room was in great condition and very clean. The hotel is close to restaurants and a quick taxi/uber ride to Coconut Grove and street art walls at Wynwood. The Great Bits: Staff. The Good Bits: View, location. The Bad Bits: You are staying in a business district.
