The room is beautiful. The lobby is a large group of guests and is in May.

Spacious room, very clean and nice. Food is pretty good too.

The Emerald has restaurants and bars serving Japanese, Chinese, and international dishes. The lobby and pool-side bars also offer light snacks and refreshing drinks, sometimes accompanied by live music.

The gym features cardio and weight-lifting sections, an aerobic dance and yoga room. Beauty treatments and massages can also be enjoyed at the Emerald Spa and Massage centre

Delicious food, a little old school, but renovate regularly. Good taste. Recommended for seminars.

Food and bakery here so tasty. Daiichi restaurant in the hotel is the great choice to be place for group to celebrate.Happy hour, half price of bakery at19.00 -20.00 too much rules to follow because you have to queuing in waiting list at 17.00 and then at 18.00 get the number and 19.00 to exercise the right ...too much rules and waste time.

Good breakfast and dinner. Dated and worn interior, not up to standard - noisy air conditioning, no bidet shower at the toilets. An item I forgot at the room vanished. Hotel didn't answer my email.

Old hotel in Huay Kwang district On the main road, Ratchada

Very good Thai hotel of the upper class. Friendly, competent service, pleasant rooms, nice guests! The traffic is overwhelming, you can see, the individual traffic has reached its limit. The noise is sufficiently damped. Some prospects are not nice. The japan buffet is great.

I came to this hotel solely for a seminar for just a day and did not stay overnight. It has a convenient location as you can visit the hotel by car or by subway (MRT). The hotel is medium-sized but friendly and clean. It is absolutely not the hotel you can enjoy extravagant decorations as its interior seems to be simple and conventional, but if your goal is to find an affordable hotel with convenient location, I think it is quite a good choice. However, please be reminded that the traffic around the hotel might be incredibly crowded esp. during weekdays, so the MRT (subway) might be a better choice to travel to and from the hotel.

The staff gave insufficient information such as when checking in, the staff informed that the breakfast room was on the 2nd floor but did not inform the restaurant name When checking out, the staff will smile only when you have to speak. The manner of sending the receipt is not impressive. For service at this level of hotels, it should be able to train staff to have a better manner.
But the room is very good and clean. Another thing is when we ask the staff to check the key card which cannot be used to open the room door. The staff said, `` Please don't put your phone next to the key card, which actually we didn't put next to each other There should be better words for introducing customers as well.
The breakfast that we experience is not so much food to choose from. Maybe because we use government officials Maybe there is food separate from the normal restaurant or not? I don't know this one.

Well maintained, friendly staff and very clean. Breakfast is good but not stunning. Wifi situation is really bad.
IMO you can get much better value for the same money. I don't like the style of the hotel at all. While it is not worn down, I still have the feeling that the 80ies are calling because they want their hotel back...
