I came to this hotel solely for a seminar for just a day and did not stay overnight. It has a convenient location as you can visit the hotel by car or by subway (MRT). The hotel is medium-sized but friendly and clean. It is absolutely not the hotel you can enjoy extravagant decorations as its interior seems to be simple and conventional, but if your goal is to find an affordable hotel with convenient location, I think it is quite a good choice. However, please be reminded that the traffic around the hotel might be incredibly crowded esp. during weekdays, so the MRT (subway) might be a better choice to travel to and from the hotel.
