The staff gave insufficient information such as when checking in, the staff informed that the breakfast room was on the 2nd floor but did not inform the restaurant name When checking out, the staff will smile only when you have to speak. The manner of sending the receipt is not impressive. For service at this level of hotels, it should be able to train staff to have a better manner.
But the room is very good and clean. Another thing is when we ask the staff to check the key card which cannot be used to open the room door. The staff said, `` Please don't put your phone next to the key card, which actually we didn't put next to each other There should be better words for introducing customers as well.
The breakfast that we experience is not so much food to choose from. Maybe because we use government officials Maybe there is food separate from the normal restaurant or not? I don't know this one.
