She explained that she worked for us and promised that we wouldn t find someone who would work harder in finding our dream home and she was correct. Lexi answered all questions in lightening speed no matter the time of day. She didn t try to sell us on any home, if we didn t love it we moved on. Lexi took care of every detail sending daily/weekly reminders or updates. She handled every detail from viewing, to contract, to closing, then going above and beyond and having our home professionally cleaned before we moved in. My wife and I worked with The Denver 100 to buy a house. Specifically, we worked with Becky and Greg Newman. Working with them was one of the most satisfying experiences of my life because of how professional and caring they were.
From start to finish, Becky and Greg made sure to look out for our interests as we looked at homes. They pointed out problems and areas of concern that we weren't aware of and made sure we understood why those things were problems. They weren't simply trying to sell a house as quickly as they could. They told us things we should look out for and be concerned about, oftentimes before we even brought it up.
Becky also helped set us up with a lender and an inspector for when we were ready to bid on a house, which took a lot of stress out of the process.
When we finally put a bid on a house, Becky worked day and night to convince the sellers that we were the best buyer for the house. Even though other people offered more money in cash, we got the house of our dreams because of the work Becky did with the selling realtor.
Additionally, Becky went through every single line of every single contract with me to make sure that I understood everything I was signing. She explained all the different scenarios that could have played out and the consequences of those scenarios, and did an unbelievable job in keeping us calm as we approached the biggest purchase of our lives.
Throughout the purchase process, Becky was proactive in making sure that we were comfortable with all the terms and conditions. She would reach out to me with suggestions and ideas for how to make the house our own. She got us housewarming gifts after we finished signing all of the final paperwork. She introduced us to the moving company we ended up using to move into the new house. And she helped set us up with a handyman and radon mitigator!
My only regret is that I didn't get to work with them longer. But it's a testament to their hard work when the entire house-buying process takes a little bit less than two months from introduction to closing. Getting to work with Becky and Greg was a distinct pleasure because they went so far beyond what I expected from a realtor. I sincerely feel like we got more than just realtors: We also got friends out of it.
