Horrible underhanded practices at this company. I went in to their dingy office building for an interview for a HR Coordinator Position and got "Bait-and Switch". Instead of the 1-on-1 interview I was told I would have, I was brought into a room with 20 other poor deceived people and we were given a power point presentation on why we should do house visits to sell life insurance for the Deley Group. They completely wasted an hour of our time. Worse yet, they keep calling me (5 times in the last month) even though I block the number every time and ask that they not call again. Don't go there unless you like being lied to. I would do zero stars if possible.

Brian Lawman gave me great information on your company and I bought a policy I am happy with.

Brian was very informative and had the knowledge to show me what kind of coverage I needed at an affordable cost.

Very professional every question I asked she had an answer which was great.

I've been with The Deley Group of American Income Life for over a year now and I am currently a General Agent there. A General Agent is two promotions from hired position. This job has been one of the biggest impacts in my life. Not only financially, but personally and educationally. I've learned so much about business and had so much personal gains since I've started. The culture here is great, there is always goals to achieve and also the competition here is great. The unlimited opportunities are why I am here. There is always room for advancement here. Just recently the company gave a company wide 20% pay raise. I highly recommend for anyone who is tired of just working for nothing to look forward to.

I have never commented on a place I have worked for but after reading some of these negative comments I feel it s necessary to set things straight.
I have been with The Deley Group for almost a year now and I ve never had a negative experience. It s a friendly, upbeat, positive environment run by people who know what they re doing and if I ever have a problem there s always someone there to help me through it.
If you re looking for a career with a company that is run with Integrity and Professionalism then try the Deley Group.

After graduating college I began my search for my future career. After six months of searching and working as an organic farmer making just above minimum wage I was called for an interview at the Deley Group. Since starting with the company, I've advanced to a management role and am actually getting paid what I am worth. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a new career or looking to start one pursue the opportunity to work at this great company.

They called me a few times to set up an interview. After I heard more about what the company was about, I told them that it isn't the career for me. The recruiter hung up before I finished my sentence. This is not a company you want to work for with their lack of professionalism.

I had the pleasure of speaking with Marissa. Talk about my plan and benefits. She did a good job on explaining everything couldn't be more happy.

Had Dan come out and visit us. I ve had several different reps over the years with different companies. Once he sat down I realized how much he cared,he didn t seem like he was here to make a sake but to help my wife and I make the best decision for our family. We ended up taking out a policy that can never increase in price and that will build up cash over the years. We set the kiddos up with one each as well. Thank You Dan for all you did. He called us back instantly when we had additional questions.

Tim Jones was great and showed me everything I needed to know about my current coverage as well as what I needed in order to be accurately covered.

Autumn was a great help . Very helpful and educational explain the life insurance in the safe kids kits as well . Very excited and at a peace of mind knowing that me and my family is covered now.

Today I spoke with a very kind, friendly, helpful, courteous and knowledgeable man named Patrick Ferry. He helped me from start to finish. He explained and walked me thru the whole process and he made sure I understood everything. I wish I could give him 10 stars. Patrick you are a super star!!!

Alyssa dennie is very knowledgeable and explained everything very descriptively. She puts heart into helping people and i can tell she really cares!

Joanna is great. She's very personable, and always available to answer my questions.

This place has a couple nice people you will interview with. Then you get vaguely forced into becoming a booker for an established agent, which consists of relentless phone calling on call nights and door knocking when out in the field.

First 2 weeks is unpaid training. It s memorizing an awkward script and booking for your trainer. It s awful, any comission you might earn will be required to be paid back once you leave.

I had gone through 3 weeks of legit 12 hour days 7 days a week during training and made 1 sale, and was paid the comission. I left the company and months later was sent a collections letter from the company demanding I return the money I was paid.

Christina LaCoursiere went above and beyond to help my son and I. For anyone looking for peace of mind don't hesitate to call Christina she made it very easy and helped with everything, can't recommend enough!

Tim Jones and Kelsey were very helpful in explaining my policy. They were not bothered my my constant questions and hypothetical questions in reference to my policy. They were great!

Alyssa did an amazing job of articulating the advantage of purchasing a
life insurance policy while our grandchildren are so young. She brought great energy and personality to the presentation as well.

So when I leave my house in the morning, its like I'm going to another home, just with different people. All very near and dear to my heart.

Ace huff and Frank Urioste came out to introduce themselves and helped set up my policy after it had lapsed. Both were very friendly, funny, and informative. Provided new information that I was unaware of.

They tell you one thing and once you get there it's something totally different. I believe that's called being shady.
