A warm and encouraging company. I deeply respect and admire the ideals and passion of Mr Chad Deley as well as everyone I had the pleasure of working with. This career can be very tough if you aren't ready for it. If anyone wants to sell life insurance, you are wasting your time if you go anywhere else.

The interviewer asked good questions, listened attentively, and shared why he liked working there. He left me with a favorable impression. The presentation that followed, given by Chad, the owner/founder, was helpful. I'd also like to compliment the recruiting and front office staff, including Mandy. They are helpful, positive, and very timely with their communication. I can tell they like their work and colleagues, and care about who they bring into the company.

Just a pyramid scheme that "hires" people during a group presentation in room that looks like a high school drama class designed what they think is the look of an insurance company. Run away from this junk.
Invited for an interview, but was refused additional job/position information. Request submitted via email, phone and text, but received zero response. Company is looking to mass hire on life insurance sales people, but know they won't be able to get people in the door if they tell them that upfront. Interview process is a joke and seemed more like a cult indoctrination, no job description was provided, no concrete salary information was conveyed. The whole thing was very uncomfortable. Hard pass.

During these trying times as we all isolate ourselves, I will need to save what little money I have to feed and shelter us in the weeks or months ahead of us. Deceptive recruiting practices. Beware emails from "The Daily Group". It's just their way of polishing up the turd that is their reputation. How many different titles have they used? Basically they say your not selling insurance but you are, for American Income Life. Just takes a quick google search to see that is not a good company to work for. It is just a pyramid scheme.
The death of a family member is never an easy transition. In my stepmom passing, my dad found a life insurance policy for AIL. We contacted Tim Jones, and he went above and beyond to help us understand what everything meant and how to expedite the paperwork. He made it so much easier on us. Spoke with Maggie Durenberger - she was great. Provided a lot of great information, answered questions clearly, walked us through the whole process in a caring, friendly and professional way. Also suggested things we had not thought of and made sure we had the necessary information in order to effectively discuss them with our kids. Would call her again and am planning on giving her name to people we care about.
I have had nothing but negative and frankly disappointing interactions with this company. I was called in for an "HR interview" and was sent through 3 different rounds of interviewing which culminated in my being offered a position in commission only sales.
Throughout the process I kept attempting to talk with someone about this "HR role" I was called in for in the first place. My inquiries were ignored.
Upon being offered only a sales position, I decided to continue my job search elsewhere.
One week later I received a call yet again with the same scheme, the woman on the phone said they had "HR positions" open they wanted to interview me for. I told her I had already been interviewed there and offered a position. She promptly got off the phone with me and as I have tried 6 times to call them and talk about this issue they have continued to forward my calls.
This company is a well put together, manipulative scheme which all serious career seekers should avoid at all costs.

He was very friendly and did a great job explaining the various programs that may have met my needs. At this time I am not interested in any of the available programs but I truly appreciated the no pressure explanations of the options and I wish him well in his future endeavors!
