We booked a 16:30 slot for afternoon tea to then be told at the restaurant that there was no afternoon tea. This was disappointing as it was not clear on the website and it was our friend s birthday.

The manager was extremely apologetic and explained the situation. He then proceed to create something similar to an afternoon tea with free scones, jam and creme. Extremely satisfied and happy with the service and experience.

The Delauney is the place I will always take people if I want to treat them!

Came here for an early breakfast without a reservation and was eagerly seen to, even though it was already filling up. Inside is beautifully set and a generous amount of space given between tables.

I ended up going for the Omelette Arnold Bennett which was incredible. Eggs slightly scrambled in a bowl that must've been put under a grill to crisp up the top. So when you dive, in it's still a bit runny and creamy underneath. Would highly recommend. (Visit 03/07/2015 Breakfast)

The name will say little, and it turns out that this is a restaurant with Austrian cuisine. Excellent is, among others Viennese schnitzel, really huge. The pub is rather of the fancy ones, though the waiters do not seem very friendly. It is worth booking a place in advance, because it is almost always full. Prices - expensive.

Wonderful, attentive service, delicious food and a really nice atmosphere. We went for an anniversary brunch and were very impressed. I'm 8 months pregnant and the staff couldn't do more to make sure I was comfortable and they brought some complimentary treats for our anniversary. We will definitely return!

This is a very fine dining experience without the pretension that frequently comes with that. The food was excellent, the staff friendly and attentive and the venue extremely pleasant. The price range is higher than average but absolutely not unreasonable considering the experience.

A reasonably priced, traditional slice of a London tea room served with an authentic accent. Also, one of the few in London that know what an Irish coffee is. Well worth a visit any time of day.

From my point of view one of the best breakfast and brunch in London. The ambient is classic and the food is really good. You won't go wrong if you order the full english breakfast but pancakes with blueberries are ant kids favourite. Also, the toast with the avocado was worth ordering.
