Not sure if it is indicative of their hiring practices but I find Izabela Konopka absolutely despicable and untrustworthy. Be very wary if you ever have to interact with her...better yet...REFUSE to

They take a last month's deposit, delay the application process and then, with 8 days left in the month and on the verge of homelessness, they decide that they require someone to co-sign...even though the credit is good and there are already two working salaries. Ridiculous!

I m extremely happy with my recent townhouse purchase through Daniels, and to be honest a little confused with some of the other reviews on here. Overall my experience has been excellent - with the final product of the unit and also the level of customer service I have received from their staff:

-Development was on time and the registration period (from occupancy to final close) was much shorter than expected
-The sales, warranty staff, and property manager are very helpful, communicative and responsive. I feel like I m being taken care of
-I m happy with the design and aesthetic of my unit, the final product is nicer than I had imagined. Especially of my kitchen
-Materials used seem to be quality and will hopefully hold up with time
-I was shocked with how much natural light I have with this unit, which you cannot say for most other attached townhouses

Had chance to speak with a company representative. The conversation was good. They showed good customer service by phone . If you are interested in Housing development in the GTA you can contact them directly. They will be able to go over the possibility of taking on the project, all being favorable.

Do not go for this builder, the worst customer experience I have ever experienced. They do not care their customers at all, very rude and unprofessional. I am very regret to purchase my condo from them.

I have bought few properties down town Toronto and my overall experience is quite good. The price was good, workmanship is good. The decor center staff was highly professional and above all most of the staff are very professional, always eager to help to solve the problem. Only one time the staff could/did not take the responsibility and as a result I end up paying extra fees. Overall I am quite satisfied.
