If I could give this company a zero star review I would. This company totally messed up my first order. They initially tried to blame their mistake on me but, after confronting them with photographic evidence they decided to give me small discount - although, I was never given an apology. This was by far the worst printer I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. Also, the lady who posted the first review with 5 stars is the owners granddaughter.
I wish I could say good things, but I have not had a good experience, with fulfillment or customer service. Quotes take days to come back, and that's only after calling constantly for them (when they decide to answer the phone). They "lost" more than one purchase order, which effectively shut down a plant due to labels not being available. This looked unfavorable of MY company in my customer's eyes, so I've had to move our business elsewhere. I feel like I gave them every chance, but there was always a nonchalant attitude, like no one really cared. No sense of urgency or ownership. Wonder who's running that show....smh.
