Fantastic show - White Christmas. Cafe area was cold - wear a coat!

Beautiful modern theatre. The seats and view were brilliant. The bar area was very crowded though and the area outside the auditorium was cold.

They have a very large selection of plays on all the time + every time I go their are new fresh exiting plays and the production and effort that goes into the plays such as costumes, sound affects and steam etc.
They always provide a nice range of plays for people of all ages and the prices are reasonable.
Situated right next to a car park so you usually have no problems with parking.
Plus they also have very nice food and catering staff which provide a beautiful variety of different snacks and very tasty ice cream during the plays interval and they are constantly raising money for charity.
Me and my family usually go at Christmas time to watch a play and it is always great and we have never really had any problems at all.
The acting is always top notch and very entertaining.
Plus also usually after the show you can meet and talk to the actors as they just casually leave out the same place as everyone else and they are nice and friendly.
Inside the area the seats are comfy with lots of leg room and many seats on different raised levels.

To sum it all up, it is a great place to go and watch a play! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! ! !

Different style of theatre "open plan" which works for me. They have recently changed the seating arrangements to a single central block with side seating but I think I preferred it before with a smaller central block with extra side seating which I felt gave a fuller viewing opportunity. Productions are well produced and always value for money.

Fabulous venue. Very helpful staff. Lovely cafe with interesting selection of sandwiches & snacks. Very family friendly.

Excellent show tonight. Cilla all actors and singers first rate. Well worth going to see

Did not go to see anything just popped in to the bottom to use the cafe nice place though and would go back to watch something at the theatre too ...

Curve is an amazing theatre and a real asset to the wonderful city of Leicester. We have been many times to see major shows, independent shows & things for the younger ones. It's great to see kids enjoying shows as they hopefully will be the next generation to keep all this talent going & even becoming performers. Well done to all at Curve & LCcouncil.

Fantastic performance of the Color Purple last night, could not believe how hot it was though and this distracted somewhat from being relaxed and comfortable in the surroundings. Someone took ill and needed to leave theatre, not sure if this was heat related, people were using anything and everything as a fan to try and cool down throughout the performance. Nothing could have spoilt the exceptional performance but would have been even better if air conditioning had been available and on. Still 5 stars though for all concerned with this great show and fantastic voices. Well done.

Went to see Grease on first night it was just amazing

An excellent venue with some great shows. The bar on show night was extremely busy and only one member of staff.

Its good but on the back row, lack of exits is worrying. Sound and affects are Shaftesbury Avenue standard... Superb

Watched Scrooge! Lovely theatre, nice staff, great performance!

Staff was brilliant and the venue was great. The show we saw, "Plock" was a lot of fun. Even my moody teenager enjoyed the experience! The cafe and bar are well staffed and stocked as well.

Lovely performance space and great service from staff. This is the set from Ian McKellen on Stage: Tolkien, Shakespeare and You! Fully accessible venue with good accessible toilets throughout.

Lively centre. Great production of West Side Story.

West Side Story-amazing scenery, singing, dancing and humour. Always love going to the Curve and the view in the cheap seats was great

Wonderful modern theatre, great facilities, two separate performance spaces. We had a great view even though high up in the stalls. What a wonderful venue.

Went to see Jasper Carrott in stand up and rock excellent --- much happier to see something that makes me smile can't do with the morbid intellectual stuff!

Usually enjoy shows at the curve but the Entertainer was rubbish
Was messed around with tickets. Given complimentary drinks voucher for problems but these were only for pop or cheap use wine. Partner found something in glass but was dismissed as rubbish!

Just back from Curve #whitechristmas , just beautiful.

First visit to the Curve to see Les Miserables - Great show with an excellent cast in a modern theatre with first class facilities. Plenty of legroom in the well-tiered seats, pleasant staff, reasonably priced drinks and discounted parking, right next door, when booked through the Curve website. Highly Recommended.

Super theatre, good views of stage from most seats due to design. Cozy and inclusive

Nice and comfortable. Did feel a bit warm during the performance. Not an unpleasant experience though.

Tickets far too costly and the performances too mainstream however children's program not bad the pinot delicious

Friendly staff, lovely environment and very comfy seats. We watched a musical and they even set up lyrics on the screen so we understood!

Just been on my own to see Scrooge. I sat on row C and the view was amazing. The show was terrific and the cast crew and technical staff all top notch professionals. Dispite a glitch in the 2nd half it was one of the best shows I've ever seen. Dance steps exquisite, singing out of this world and costumes stunning . Everyone who had a part in this production is a credit to the service. Keep up the excellent shows curve.

Great atmosphere and great show. Every time I visit here I always have a positive experience. Everyone working here is helpful. Comfortable seats too.

Real feel good factor.

Always love seeing performances at this theatre. All seats have a great view of the stage with adequate leg room.
Easy access from the railway station.

Sufficient women's toilets so rarely have the need to queue.

Culture and reasonable food. Staff really friendly & helpful

War horse was the play I went to see, the play was fantastic I would recommend it for a day outing. The theatre was set out very well and visibility was exceptional

I love performing and watching many shows here! I was part of the community production of Bollywood Jane and thoroughly enjoyed the supportive network of the theatre! It honestly felt like my second home!
Tonight I came to watch My Beautiful Launderette and thoroughly enjoyed it! I think we are so privileged in Leicester to have such great theatre shows coming to our doorstep from the west end like Matilda, Sister Act etc.

There's a stage, seats and a slightly over priced bar so what was expected

Brilliant production of Le Mis, best I've ever seen and this is my forth time, the others at the West. End. Where did you get all those marvellous voices?

fantastic venue easy to get to comfortable. Would recommend this venue to anyone.

Architectural masterpiece on a par with the Sage in Gateshead - but shoehorned into a tiny space in inner city Leicester. Inside, the theatrical space is flexible too - even to the point of the stage converting into a swimming pool. The productions on the stage are all top notch too.

Comfortable seats and clear view. Good food and reasonably priced food from cafe.

Great value for money. The quality of shows that this theatre now attracts really puts this theatre on the map.

Great theatre. Has a lot of good shows all year around. Staff were very polite and friendly. Good selection drink and food from the on campus cafe and bar. Will visit again but overrated.

The show was fantastic and I love the atmosphere of The Curve but the seats were not comfortable , been here many times and have never had a issue before.

Have just been to watch Ghost with my daughter. We loved it

There are always really high quality performances here and their production of "white Christmas" was no exception! It's not my favourite Christmas story but I (and the rest of the audience) was spellbound, especially in the second half. Also, the food is great so it is absolutely worth going early to grab a bite to eat!

Scrooge. Great music. Great set. Good work Curve. Perhaps some of the songs were set a bit low. The projection on the mirror looked odd cut off mid-torso and not lip-sinc'd. Flying at the end of first half unnecessary. Fantastic performances.

The theater was ok... Sadly I can't say as much for the show we saw
