Every time we have been here our room has been dirty. There was hair in the bed this time and they brought us sheets and expected us to make them ourselves.

Very poor service.
Waited at the bar to order drinks while four employees looked at me. The "manager" walked by to take the order of someone who came in well after us. We were finally waited on with attitude and an excuse that they were very busy. Less than 50% capacity.
Signage for breakfast only points to Starbucks. Realized after we ordered that they have another option.
I stayed here for a work trip. The general manager kept the bar and kitchen opened late for us because we checked in at 9:45 p.m. . We appreciated the gesture and the ability to eat a late dinner. This is a great hotel and I would recommend it to a friend.
Great price for the room offered. Clean rooms and friendly service. Cute little coffee cafe available for the morning brew. (Also coffee/tea in room with you prefer).
Parking though is either meter in street or parking garage (with fee) so that was disappointing.
Great service in the hotel and at the restaurant/bar. Clean rooms and good food at the restaurant. Large second floor general area to hang out in with friends. Windows in rooms are a bit weird. Room had a fridge but kind of basic. Just impressed with how clean it was.
LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION! It's everything. But it is certainly not the ONLY thing. In this circumstance, I felt like it was treated like the only thing that mattered. A conveniently located hotel should not be an excuse to skimp on other aspects. But this review is not intended to be a complaint or allow the minor setbacks to plague the overall quality of my stay at this establishment. I also am a firm believer that there is a positive side to every negative. I will say that the guest services was very helpful and informative with addressing any questions or concerns I had during my stay and customer service in my opinion is one of the MOST important things about a hotel or any business for that matter. Job well done there! However, I think there needs to be a better line of communication between Hotels.com and the hotel you're booking because I got charged $50 for incidentals and nothing was mentioned at first when I checked in. I get it. Incidental, if not used, goes back on your card but at least give me a heads up so I am not wondering why there's a larger than expected charge to my card. Another thing I'd like to highlight is the parking situation. I was unaware that I'd be parking in a garage around the block and having to pay for it on top of that. It was cheap but some sort of heads up would have been greatly appreciated. Finally, getting into the room. The room itself was clean and sterilized abiding by the guidelines of this pandemic that we are unfortunately fighting. I don't really have any complaints about the room itself. All in all, I would say this has been a decent hotel experience but just a lot of surprises thrown at me that were unexpected. Something I would like to see change is vending machines on every floor so I don t have to walk all the way down to the lobby to visit the gift shop just to get a bottle of water.
Hands down the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Beautiful views. Great wifi to game on (wired). Also amazing restaurant and staff. Glad that this is the hotel I get to stay in since I have to be out here for 2 weeks during the coldest week of the winter.
Loved the pictures and mirrors. Loved the complimentary lotion, shampoo and conditioner; Lavender herb. Love the ambience. The grand staircase was beautiful. Loved the grand piano in lobby. Parking was 11.50 every 24hours but close by. Beautiful views of the city. Close to the capital building.
This is a beautiful hotel with excellent service. The rooms are very nice and we were treated very well. I would recommend this establishment to any person considering staying!
Made the mistake of mentioning the wedding block for our room rate. I thought the point of that was to get a better rate.We were charged ten dollars more a night than those wedding guests who just booked without mentioning it. Requested maid service THREE times and they never did come in over a two day stay. Getting back to our room late each night and finding the damp towels still in a heap. Nothing refilled. Very disappointing and paying extra for it.
