As good as the GartenFlora may be, the publisher behind it and its organization are an impertinence. Subscriber care looks different. First, the delivery period did not start as agreed. It should begin in April 2019, and close accordingly with the March 2020 issue. Not even close. Everything was brought forward one month by means of a so-called "Nachversand". And that at a time when I had already purchased and read the corresponding issue in the trade. In the process, I also found that retail single-issue expenses are cheaper than subscription-based ones. Certainly there are delivery costs. Due to the prepayment for the whole subscription period, however, a certain compensation can be seen in it. I have terminated the subscription on time, as the period of delivery is agreed. A reaction to it has not happened so far (after 3 weeks). So better buy the GartenFlora directly.
Stay away from the DBV !!! After the subscription to the garden flora has been paid in advance, nothing more comes. There is no response to e-mails, any callbacks requested by phone are not made and customer service cannot be reached by phone, there is an announcement text by e-mail
to contact and breaks off the conversation.
