I lived at their Westbeach house property for 1 year, and it was amazing and peaceful stay. I loved my roomates, and Kevin was always helpful, chill and understanding. They also had fun activities like movie nights at their different properties.
I ve been in Santa Barbara for four years and have lived in a couple Student Housing. Carol Group is by far the most caring and engaging housing for both local and international students. They have monthly events like beach day, movies night and other fun activities. Bi-weekly cleaning they offers (included in rent) is the best deal ever! The best student housing ever! When I moved to Santa Barbara in January 2021, I didn't have any friends, and it was hard to make them, especially with Covid and considering I am an international student. In the Coral Group, I did not only have found friends but family. The people I lived with and still living with are the kindest, funniest, and most creative people in my life. I am very grateful to the Coral Group for such a wonderful experience in the United States.
I stayed with the Coral Group for a year back in 2018, and it was an overall amazing experience. Through Coral Group I met fellow international students that went on to become some of my best friends, that I still meet up with even though we live in different countries.
I would definitely recommend staying with the Coral Group, you will meet such amazing people and get to experience Santa Barbara through the help of the management. I mean; bbq's, movie nights, pizza nights, grocery shopping, beach outings, etc. what more could you ask for?
I'm very thankful that I found coral group! You really feel like you become a part of an amazing community and everyone is so incredibly nice. The events are always super fun and brings everyone together. I've been staying with coral group now for a year and will continue staying with them. Coral group makes me feel safe and really is my home away from home.
Such a nice group! Amazing housing, professional people that is very trustworthy. The houses are very close to everything as well, and fun events are included too. This makes it easier to get friends and feel more at home.

An amazing experience through and through. I learned so much about life and it was such a relief to have this amazing group of people around me to help me get acclimated to life in the U.S. This place helped me experience parts of Santa Barbara I otherwise wouldn't have found.
