The office is incredibly unprofessional. They ignore calls from clients. They charged me a $100 cleaning fee even though I left my rental property in better condition than I got it in, and are not returning my many calls inquiring why I was charged this fee. I recommend avoiding doing business with this company.
Worst company ever do not apply, they will let you apply and then tell you the next day that they rented the house. The worst business ever I hope they go out of business yes. They're very unprofessional.
I ve been from revid since 2017, and had 2 different apartments with them . They have always been right on time with any issues and handled all Maintainence request quickly and no problems . They keep the property s grounds well manicured and I m happy with them . Being a land lord is probably a slippery slope because if things go wrong , I m glad they ve always been right on it when it comes to both the units I ve had with them .
Nobody said anything about a credit check bit I was denied because of it why would I waste time an spent $40 on a application fee an I know my credit is not perfect I drive 120miles a day to get to work an they taking money from ppl who r trying to better themselves.... Let people know up front that they do credit checks
