I ve been in Santa Barbara for four years and have lived in a couple Student Housing. Carol Group is by far the most caring and engaging housing for both local and international students. They have monthly events like beach day, movies night and other fun activities. Bi-weekly cleaning they offers (included in rent) is the best deal ever!
