Great local computer repair shop and place to purchase new and refurbished items. I was having problems with a refurb I'd bought on Amazon and the warranty company weren't able to diagnose the problem either. Derrick spent a lot of time running diagnostic tests, reinstalling Windows, and trying to save files from my uncooperative broken SSD. I ws given a great price on a comparable SSD and charged very little for what must have been a lot of labor. Derrick called me daily to update me on the progress and even though saving my files took a long time and wasn't anticipated, I was still charged the original quote. None, Paul and Derrick are friendly, informative and great to deal with. I highly recommend this local gem!
The Computer Factory is the only place I d consider taking my computers to for upgrades and repairs. Their technicians are so knowledgeable and perfectly honest! Last time I took my computer in, there wasn t even a charge. What a great resource!

If you are looking for a competent fair place to serve your computer needs, this is it! Paul, Nome and their staff are great for building and fixing personal or business computers. I have had multiple computers repaired and updated here over the years. I recently had my Windows XP operating system converted to 7 for less than two hundred bucks. They recommended free antivirus and malware software to protect my system. Ronell and the other techs are great and very competent. Overall great service!

My PC build wouldn t power up after I finished it. Upon trying everything myself I finally decided to take it a store, no one could figure it out. Took it to 2 more shops and nothing, one guy even told me I needed a new motherboard. Went to the computer factory and within 15 mins they had it running and all it was an extra cord that didn t need to be plugged in. 10/10 people with nothing but honesty and will only be going going here from now on. This place is one of the best places you could ever get your computer fixed! They do not gouge people and they give you very good service. People they have working for them are quite confident and they will give you the time of day if you are trying to make a decision about your own technology. They are some of the most knowledgeable people in the business and they are easy to talk to and more than fair with their pricing. I have known Nome and Paul for over 10 years. They repaired my old computer. They are knowledgeable and competent at what they do. Finally, my old computer crashed beyond repair. So, I purchased a computer from The Computer Factory. I have had it for several years now and it is still serving me well. I would recommend them to anyone needing the latest in computers.
4 times back and still not working, so they asked for another 175.00 to reload the operating system.
This place is great and the people are realy friendly. It feels like you just walked in to an old friends workshop. Lots of work benches and piles of parts. I took my sixteen year old in tho the store to get his gaming computer fixed. He had asked all his computer buddies what part he needed. Found it online but figured he would have to compromise going in to an old computer store. Nope they had the exact part on the shelf for almost the exact price as on line. The computer got fixed and while we were there a half dozen people came in to pick up a computer they had dropped off or buy a refurbished computer. They charged us far less than what I thought it would cost. I highly recommend this place!!!!

Bought my first computer from Paul and Nome back in the '90's. Since then they have been my only resource for any computer needs. The professionalism of the owners and staff is well known in the community. I have purchased and upgraded computers there and their service has always been exemplary. There is plenty of competition now but they are above the rest.
I went in briefly to ask for accessories for my 2020 Spectre Gem cut series. Although i wanted all the accessories i was let know that my computer was actually in great condition.I have my adapters for wan and hdmi. This place was really neat . you can see the projects that are or were being worked on.. I have always been fascinated by computers and this was a really neat experience to have been through.For my future laptop needs i will definitely return to this place.
Came in today because we have had an issue with a virus on one of our work computer. The technician was very helpful and solved the problem within minutes, and even taught me how to prevent the issue in the future. We bring all of our work and home computers to The Computer Factory and would recommend you do too!
