I post reviews based on handicapped accessible places but in this case, I'm making an exception. I will say the building I'm in does have a good handicapped parking situation but the walk is way too long.
I do not want to post a review here yet.
My building is undergoing "RAD conversion" and I would say to any other residents in the community to research this as the poor get a few scraps, as usual
my issue right now is that I've asked who the "chain of command involves even beyondz management.
and what agency would I file a formal grievance with
?I don't feel I should have to say what the grievance is, but simply be pointed in the right direction.
If it helps, it involves environmental pollutants and the regulations that are supposed to protect tenants.
the other agency would need to be one that is going to explain tenant rights in this situation and in any other. Most of our residents are scared of management so they won't report things, some of them are illegal and therefore they are terrified, the others think that nothing will be done so what's the point. I'm of the opinion that we can work together, all of us, but there must be transparency!

Horrible management. Horrible when they took over. I'm moving after 19 yrs.

Treated with such ignorance only gave a stat cause I had I feel bad for people that live in some of the areas

I live in New Lincoln Woods...this experience has been interesting and I am saying that kindly.

My review is in reference to the continous drug use inside of the building where there is only 6 handicap apartments and the rental office is in the same building at 1901 Spring Garden Street in philadelphia pa 19130.
The management team has been made aware of the problem for years now when is someone going to really address this issue before it causes conflict with the tenants in which it is already a safety issue due to the fact it is suppose to be a smoke free building
All i ask is that someone actually really try to extinguish the flame before the fire. Thank You

I've been a tenant at TCB Franklin Park for about 23 years, and I must say that the current staff is just horrible. Most of the guys have no experience with apartment maintenance. I've been dealing with a mold issue for many years and no one seem to care or have the knowledge on how to handle this issue. Everytime I go to the annual decertification, I mention the issue and it goes to deaf ears. About 3 months ago a tech came to my unit to do repairs and left saying he was returning to complete the work. And I am still waiting, i still have the toilet seat in the plastic, no towel bar and mold still there. Not to mention tenants violating lease rules and nothing been done about it. It's very disappointing and upsetting.

They living in one of the units for more than 12 years I put in complaint about threats against my life being made and a neighbor not following the lease all they could do was try to match wits with me instead of actually handling their business not to mention the repairs that need done in this house. somebody responded to this review and when I message them off of here to tell them about the ongoing problems just like the onsite manager and the district manager I have got nowhere and continue to be ignored
