Would give it no stars if I was actually able to post it with 0 stars! However.. it would be nice after contacting them for 2 weeks to get a phone call back. I have had a voucher for a little over a year and I am there once a month because it "expires" for information that they were supposed to send me and never did, after speaking to my worker all day today back and forth in an email because apparently still picking up a phone is too damn hard, do you think I have the paper I need from them NOPE! State workers need to understand, not everyone is lazy and sits around all day collecting off of the state! I am a mother of 3 children, work 2 jobs and just cannot afford daycare, you would think they would want to help people not act as if its a bother to them, and help get me the information I need so I don't loose my jobs and have to live off of the state!

If i could give them 0 stars I would. As previously stated by many other people this company is A JOKE. Nobody ever picks up the phone. My worker also seems to only like to communicate via email as well god forbid she ever pick up the phone. They dont keep track of anything and their customer service is a joke as well. Why be in a line of business to help people if you dont actually enjoy the act of helping anyone. like someone else stated in a review I dont just sit at home collecting from the state I work monday -friday 9-5. I dont have time to constantly be resending vouchers that I HAVE ALREADY SENT dozens of times. Its like these people dont even care that their potentially costing ppl to lose their jobs god forbid I have to call out because my voucher expired and my worker never sent the new one. I dont know who runs this office but I will be contacting the higher up people about the crappy people they so willingly employee. I cannot wait for the day I no longer have to deal with these idiots

This place is definitely a joke! the customer service is HORRIBLE. The receptionist have a terrible attitude & are always gossiping among themselves and on top of that it is nearly impossible to speak to a worker!. The whole purpose is to help us clients and it seems like this is something they don't like doing. This is HIGHLY UNACCEPTABLE and the DIRECTOR should definitely look into this. I AGREE with ALL of the low ratings, they deserve it.

I worked here for 2 1/2 days. I have worked for over 30yrs in office environment. I have good experience. I learn my work pretty fast and love to help as much as i can. Never recieved negative feedback. I have worked for Lawrence School Dept and GLFHC, Now this place fired me because they got a negative vibe from me..Be careful who you speak with at work. The women in the front desk Maida Collins I was asking her question regarding how long you need to be in a position before you can transfer also I mention that this will be my 1st job working a 9-5p so I have to get accustomed to this hours.. I don't see anything wrong with me asking these questions well how she mention it to Beverly she felt they need to fire me. Which I don't think that was right or fair. I by no means am the person Beverly said that staff felt I was.. all I have to say is God bless to them. God doesn't like ugly.. and these 2 were very unfair, this is the first time I heard of a place firing a employee because Beverly thinks I might be negative. I will be making a report to the state.. I don't give this place not one star

I just don t understand why these people come to work everyday if they don t like their job or actually want to help people. The women who work there barely speak English. I had one women tell me that she didn't want to drive to Woburn for my appointment once, we had a heated discussion and her supervisor made her go to Woburn. These women don't know how to use computers at all or answer telephones. I actually miss having my voucher in Boston...I wonder how to complain to the state about them? My old case worker English was horrible but she was polite and understood that I work full time office hours. I HATE this place.

If there was a way of rating this awful place -0 I could have. I don t believe my review will make any impact because I see similar experiences here from other people and nothing changes over the years. So I will save my time to go into details but if you have another alternative my advice is don t waste your energy here unfortunately I still have to deal with them, they are incompetent, rude, useless to the people they should be helping.
Overall a bunch of bullies warming up seats in their cubicles everyday and getting nothing accomplished!

Absolute WORST customer service i have ever had! The women who work there are rude. They dont answer or return emails or voicemails in any time frame or at all. Its almost like they know you need them for a voucher so they can do act or say whatever they want. Disgusting.

I have been trying to contact them for a week and no one has called me back at all. I try to send an email to the email address that they leave on the voicemail and it fails multiple times. This company is a joke and needs to be avoided at all cost. If you are trying to go through them for child care I advise DO NOT. Choose another agency. You are more likely to travel through time than you are to get a call back, email back or to get into contact with these ignorant employees.

I agree with everyone here. In my past experiences it was a chore for me to renew my voucher with Childcare circuit and the ladies are rude. I remember emailing the director just to get some sort of communication open. She blamed it on their phone system. They go through workers like water. I had the same worker for about I think 2 years (who was the best and whenever I couldnt get through to my real worker I would email her) and then after that it went downhill. After many complaints my worker ended up being the supervisor and even then the communication was crazy. I feel great pleasure to not have to deal with them anymore.

Please avoid this place. They will give you wrong information and you'll habe your voucher taken away. And then the director has the audacity to talk to me as if I'm lying and say well that's not what we would say. Well I lost my voucher because your workers don't know how to do their job right.

So after so long many months ago I just got a email. from this place telling me that my child voucher is going to be expired...So finally I was able to speak with a manager telling that she never got a phone call from me or get and touch w/then, got me so mad b/c she tried to ask me if I still want to keep the voucher that I haven't been using for the whole year. I've been paying on my own. Principal just do you're job don't blame other people. for you're mistakes.

They do not answer phone calls or emails. They are rude and disrespectful when speaking with their clients. This seems to be a common theme with those employed in this organization. It's disgusting.

Why is this behavior allowed??? Why is this behavior not being corrected??? Cleary, whoever is in control just doesn't care and should consider another occupation. Shame on those who work for this organization and don't step up to fight for those families your supposed to be helping.
