Suggest never ever come to this Hotel or else u have to stay with Mosquitos, which I have ever experienced in my life.

not tidy, old fashioned and badly maintained. Staff is ok. Not recommendable.

Lot of moskitos, average room service, also poor service quality in restaurant. Room keys not working properly and TV also. Rooms are too old types. But other decorations is nice with antique collection, food quality is also very good.

Went to poison bar with friends.. which is calm, well decorated, atmosphere was good, it would be better if there's some music. Had a nice time. Cost seems to be ok. Friendly staff. Clean rest room. Attached smoking zone.

Poor maintenance. Old fashioned. WiFi connectivity is very poor. Can not pay more than 2500 per night.

Ok place to have a quick beer... Limited items available from the menu... Both in the bar front and the food end... so to be visited only if required.?

Need to pre book table else the time to serve food is very shabby. Buffet food is available here but variety is less. Vegitarian food is more tastier than non vegitarian. But overall it's a good hotel.

Lot of mosquitoes even in conference hall and rooms. The response to the escalation was also very poor and cool. Wouldn't recommend to any one. Very painful to stay.The same issue is found raised by other guests also in previous review. Surprised to see the pathetic response of management

Not worth the money, mosquitoes and insects were there in room. Not upto mark.

Even though the hotel is centrally located the house keeping is not up to the standard of even a TWO STAR hotel.

Avoid if you can is my recommendation.

Massage good and other service also available staff ask direct any one interest too there. Not full service.

Worst place to stay! Imagine all possible ways how a hotel should not be, you'll not be disappointed!

Location is good, but property is old and not maintained properly. Rooms and it's interior is old, furniture is damaged, walls and old and dirty, toilets are not working properly and in bad shape. I changed a room becoz flush and bathtun both wasnt wasn't working, in second room draimadr was blocked but I decided to continue as can't change room everyday, they are not even bothered about shower and bathtub working, they kept a bucket for bath. Toiletries are very low quality not at all standard, only shampoo and soap is provided.
Howevrr staff and service is good, but they can't do beyond a level. As they can only provide good service not good room.

I would say not worth for spending the money they are charging.

After weighing out the Plus points and minus points. The final outcome is "Disappointed". Because when you are paying Rs 3000/- for a night. You do expect better things.

# Reception service, phone response was fast. But in room service was poor & considerably delayed.
# Room was spacious and clean. But all the apparatus was too old and shabby.
# Food was ok.
# TV was having almost all the channels, sometimes rare in hotels.

* No complementary tea coffee. Only two water bottles. And glasses?? Only bottle no glass.
* No door mats. Not a single one. Bathroom, room, main door, nowhere. Keep roaming in the room with your wet feets. Sleepers? atleast then provide a sleeper.
* No toilet paper.
* No shower curtains.
* No hand towel.
* Notice the condition of mirror and other things in image.
* The blanket in the room was teared off at several places. Even my towel was having a hole. Plus dirty marks on Blanket were irritating.
* Do notice the AC control in image. No controls were working at all. And if you want to on/off the AC or want to change temperature. Then simply remove the cover, and do it directly. Just wow right? ( Be aware of nearby electric wires)

This Hotel Is Under Renovation Look At The Rooms First Before Checking Inn.

We had booked function hall for a family function. The hall was good and food was also good. I would definitely recommend it

I would give zero stars. Not seen such poor standard rooms for long time. Poor maintenance with unprofessional staff. No hot water to bath and hard water is used for bathing. Please don't waste your money.

Service and facilities are good. But, Lot of mosquito problems. Even inside the room there are lot of mosquito...

Decent stay and proximity to all ways of commutation but food was just pathetic. When you ask them about your order they say they are short handed on the staff and justify they can do just about that.
