It was beautiful scenery, we made reservations ahead of time, knowing that they have great oysters in the past still on the menu, were there early, NOT, now where last minute to get a reservation else where, they need to take it off the menu if they dont have them, the place isn't inexpensive else wise.

Great place to eat for lunch on the slopes. They do I right with some hot chocolate/coffee drinks too warm you up. We had the chili which was really good, and split a sandwich. There was too much food for two people, so I recommend sharing if you are there with someone.

We were very disappointed in our meal. The appetizers were ok, but our fillets were dry and served with french fires . It looked liked the sizzler when I was a child. Our service was lacking and she didn t pay a attention to detail. ( she was very polite )
When you go out to a nice dinner you have certain expectations and this restaurant fell short. This place needs a makeover as if it were a restaurant rescue tv episode . Great location can only carry you so far. SOS....

YUM! Beaver Creek Chophouse was a perfect lunch after a long hike. Our waitress was very kind and had a few laughs with us- she obviously cares about her job! We were seated on the patio and had an excellent view of the slopes as well.

We all got burgers and sandwiches and they were excellent. My only critique would be that they were all overcooked. I ordered my burger (as pictured below) medium-rare, and got it almost well-done. I understand the food safety standpoint though.

Next time we're up in Beaver Creek, we will definitely be back.

Warning! Both my wife and I came down with food poisoning after eating dinner. We were already frustrated with this restaurant. Average food. Very pricey. However we were treated horribly. Just a party of two with a reservation we were seated at a pop up table behind a high booth. A view of the back of a booth. Waiters going back and forth as an alley way to serve other guests. Miserable experience. And this place has incredible slop side views and when we arrived and when we left a ton of tables right at the window! Really sad experience we won't be back. Better with the original owner. Then we heard back from the General Manager that all the open tables where reserved for other parties (sorry that is untrue). So many better options available. We lost a full day of skiing recovering from this experience. Empty tables now I know why. We have eaten here multiple times but now their are new owners who are not around I'd suggest they take a look. We will not be back.

You just at times like food your way. Burgers, nothing fancy and these were really good. I had a Malbec with my burger. The wife a Chardonnay. We are not experts on wine pairings but both went great with these great burgers! Service was great. Service here is always good. They have a great Apres' menu in the winter.

If you want to hang with friends get good food at a decent price the Beaver Creek Chophouse is a fantastic place to hang out summer or winter...

By far the most satisfying menu in Beaver Creek Village thus far. Ribeye was excellent, Pork Shank tasted like Christmas Dinner. Margaritas were spot on, Bloody Mary was loaded perfectly! We didn t get a chance to sample the desserts, but I m sure they would have been amazing as well. The scenic setting in the summer and live music was made for dinning success!

We are lunch at the beautiful little Beaver Creek Chophouse during a day trip over to Beaver Creek. The views are, of course, lovely but we were seated next to a sweet little babbling creek, which was extra lovely. Our server was very attentive, even though we were far away from the kitchen and home base for him (sometimes those outside far off tables are easy to forget ). Our food was delicious, the turkey sandwich was amazing. I mean, if you have made a turkey sandwich amazing you ve done something. I definitely recommend (if you are there at lunch or earlier) the build you own mimosa is great! Choose your fruit juice and champagne and you can make it yourself at the table. So clever and tasty! Definitely pop in for lunch with confidence... my only regret was not eating here at dinner too!

As having worked at the chop house. You can expect a cisco ordered soup. pre made demi glaze, salads thrown together, culinary students that let the food die in the window, basically a bunch of young kids fighting among them self's behind the scenes, your not going to get a garnish on your already made store bought desert. Your baked potato is going to be cold, your oysters are going to be pre chucked and dry, expect to spend a lot of money, to get food cooked by cisco, greens are going to be brown, the cooks don't even cut their greens, the recipes really are not good. The mash potatoes are made days in advanced and poorly made at that and re heated in a steam bath. really poor presentation on about everything!

We visited last week from Louisiana. Food was great, but even better was our server Alex. She was absolutely phenomenal. Our kids LOVED her. We would return simply based off of service. Thanks Alex

We stopped in for lunch, and we were one short on our party. Even though they had just opened and were completely empty, Lauren, who introduced herself as the manager, said they would not seat us so that we could start getting some drinks. The service got much better when we were finally seated, and lunch was great all around. I'm just disappointed that even the manager couldn't override their ultra-restrictive policy when conditions clearly could permit some flexibility.

After a long of week of intense meetings, Rich and I found heaven. A beautiful bar playing NFL, amazing service, topped of with a brilliant meal. Rich had the flat iron. Cooked perfectly, not rare but a solid medium. My fried chicken was excellent, and de-bones, which was a nice touch. But in the end, the five starts is from the service. Brilliant people that really seem to like what they are doing.

We ate at BC Chophouse last night. The food was above average. Service was adequate. Our appetizers came out staggered for no reason. We only had a Shrimp Cocktail and Caesar Salad. There was a lot of down time between appetizers and our meal.

What upset us the most about last nights dinner was the false and very dangerous advertising. The menu lists many Gluten Free items. My daughter has Celiac and was so excited to order the Truffle Fries. I'm not sure what made my husband double check but our waitress said they are only Gluten Free if you don't have Celiac. Of course, if you are allergic to Gluten, they can also make you VERY sick. They are fried in the same old as non Gluten Free items. We politely mentioned it to the manager who informed us they are aware of it but having 'menu issues'. I'm not sure exactly what a 'menu issue' is. As a very reputable restaurant, spend the money and reprint the menus or put a sticker over the Gluten Free symbols. It was VERY disappointing dining in a high end restaurant and double checking everything my daughter was eating.

The oysters were so good as was the flat iron steak. The bartender, Shannon, made the best Mexican Mule and the service was spot on. The restaurant is at the base of the mountain so the views are pretty nice as well.

Three nights in Beaver Creek this trip and my family ate at the Chophouse every night for dinner. We ve been cooped up during the quarantine so it was so nice to sit on the patio, enjoying the view and having a big dinner. In years past I ve eaten here and have to suggest two standards that are a must: the signature salad and the lobster Mac and cheese. Steaks are a big highlight as you d imagine for a place named Chophouse, the filet is awesome and I also had a bone in ribeye one night which is packed with flavor. To kick off the meal each night I ordered a selection off their new Manhattan Bar which gives all sorts of choices on how to craft a customized one, including 4 different types of cherries to choose from! Wine list is extensive with a nice range of choices and prices, I got a couple great suggestions from the GM Joe of some Oregon and Napa wines that he has personally visited. My family really enjoyed our meals and eating here has become a Beaver Creek tradition we look forward to!

HIGHLY recommend! This place is absolutely amazing. We went here for my father's birthday celebration and the food, drinks, and service were over the top awesome. Our server Andrew was incredibly knowledgeable of the menu, the different wines, and the overall mountain life. He was a joy to have - he definitely provided us with a 5 star experience and my father enjoyed talking with him about the mountains and old past times. The steak was excellent. My favorite were the oysters from Baja and the margaritas. The margaritas are dangerously good!! Like order 4 or 5 of them good. Also recommend the asparagus wrapped in bacon. The location is beautiful right at the base of the mountain. Overall this restaurant provided an exceptional place to celebrate my father's birthday.

Great food and service. The steaks were cooked perfect and very good. The staff was very accommodating and let my teenager get french fries with her steak. The side dishes are large and served in separate bowls so they can be shared by two people.
