Nice clean rooms, very friendly staff. The grounds are well kept and the food is really good. Of you get a room with a view then you're in for a treat.

Wonderful little jem of a hotel tucked away in the hills overlooking Runaway Bay. Great for business trips. Note it's not an all inclusive resort. Great spa too. Used as a training facility for HEART Trust the national vocational college, so they make a real effort to demonstrate the value of customer service.

This place is relaxing a quiet get away from home warmth and friendly staff from the grounds to the security officers. I would recommend anyone to this welcome and calm place.

Hotel staff is friendly and very hospitable. Food delicious especially if you have a Jamaican pallet.

Well maintained grounds. Restaurant spa & pool plus view of the sea from most rooms makes it lovely to stay. Quiet with a security guard at the gate.

The staff was welcoming and the place relaxing. You pay for what you get, I chose the simple accommodations with breakfast and both were good, thumbs up to the chef.

The Government's training institition, the trainees and staff are super courteous, the ambiance is quiey and relaxing, food options limited, but food is excellent

Nice little hotel to overnight in. Good price. Nice room. Good service. Only negative for me was that the air conditioning was a bit dated so it made more noise than I'm accustomed to. Otherwise it was a good experience but I wouldn't recommend a lengthy stay.

If you're looking for ultra modern, the charm will be lost on you. If you're looking for comfort, and an escape, Cardiff is it.

I had my wedding reception here in August 2018, I stayed the night before and on my wedding night. I must say I have no faults. The staff were incredible, they delivered a spectacular service!

Cardiff Hotel is a nice place for family vacation . The staff is friendly ,food is good, rooms are spaceus and clean . My family and I have been there more than one time and we really enjoyed our stay.

The facility was clean for the most part.. the pool need a little maintaining... staff need to be a little more friendly... but my room attendant was awesome "tiffany" she was amazing... real definition of customer service... this place is for a family or if you need a place to rest and relax... the environment is very relaxing and quite..

We are here several times. I'm a huge fan, the staff is wonderful.

My husband and I spent our honeymoon here on the 15th of August and we enjoyed it there, some what. It is a very serene hotel good for relaxing and enjoying nature. It is a nice green place, beautiful green plants. Our room was amazing and the ac worked well. Talk about the wifi coverage; it was up like 7! The check-in took some time as we were told our room wasn't ready when we got there at five. As for the checkout it took much longer as they took very long to send for our bags. While booking this hotel i was told to pay a particular cost for the honeymoon package and a list of things were outlined as being included in the package, for example breakfast in bed. However, the first morning we got breakfast in bed we had to pay room service fee and the second morning nobody came, we had to walk to the dining area. Another problem we had was the fact that we had a telephone in the room but we weren't given an internal directory so we had to be moving to and fro to the front desk. Another problem we had was the fact that they are not punctual; they did not meet any of our time schedules... Anyway, the most disappointing issue we had was the fact that they dont offer tasty meals. The MEALS were terrible!!!

The check in was slow, I waited over half hour to check in at the front desk; even though there was only guest in front.
The woolen bed cover was old and outdated.
The shower window open into the hallway..no privacy curtain.
The wooden room doors were very noisy..constant slamming from other guest during various hours of the day/night.
The room ceiling started leaking overnight due to excessive rain.
Overall, the staff were courteous..Ms.Burnett-Acting Director, April - Front desk, and Sasha-Gay in Food service.

Lovely venue. Not too hype. It's like a nature getaway resort. The food is PHENOMENAL! Can't wait to go back.

Checking in takes 1 hour of standing at the front desk with no line. The food is not good. The service is poor. There is no ocean or sea view despite the upcharge. Stay away.

The location and the service was excellent. The settings was great. The breakfast was awsome(second to none). Would encourage anyone to go here.

Great service pool is open all day and night. Perfect for weddings.

Stayed here about 3 different times. The last being about a year ago. The entire environment, food etc is as basic as a guest house not a hotel. It's not all-inclusive, but you do get continental breakfast, which is most times good enough. The last time we stayed there, we had boisterous guests next door. They swore a lot and very loud too. We couldn't get any sleep until they decided to either leave or go to their beds. I don't know which was it. Also, there was a roach or something in the AC unit that made a lot of rattling noise for the most of the night.

The Cardiff is a wonderful little hideaway. I have been here three times now it's like my little home away from home. Love it.

The food was great. The menu was Christmas themed. I still remember the ham.
