Good food.. decent service and amenities... However, more attention should be made to infrastructure upkeep...

Its been a relaxing experience staying for three night. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

You can not charge the room service to your room. So if you call for a room service you must go inmidiately to from desk to pay ( credit card), and maybe you could not call service room If you dont want to leave the room. ( crazy). Thats not good service

The securities at the gate were terribly... They don't know how to communicate with the guests and also give inaccurate information resulting in persons getting lost in the area... The area is quiet and being on the hill nested within the rocks may offer some tranquility to the nature lovers...

The rooms are nice but the breakfast didnt impress me it was easy too cold

The hotel space for me was disappointing. Mostly due to the high expectations I had. I couldn't use the pool because the water was dirty. The staff, especially, the restaurant, was not courteous. Food taste was average for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
On the plus side, the rooms were clean. Both bedroom and conference room. Room service was decent and quick. View was decent.
Overall, I wouldn't stay there for a long vacation. However, would recommend for short stays.

They forgot my reservations. Server at the restaurant was very good though.

I had no idea this resort was so great. It has a nice pool, friendly staff and a great bar over looking a great scenery.

I will start by saying WOW!!!
I stayed here for 2 nights of January 2019 and it was incredible.
This small property was well kept, the room and bathroom was so clean and inviting. The environment was just so peaceful and relaxing that I didn t want to leave.
I absolutely loved the level of housekeeping provided in the morning to freshen up the room, it was a job well done .
The balcony view was spectacular that we spent early mornings and nights on the balcony just taking it all in.
As for the food we only had breakfast and lunch there and it was just edible nothing special about it. The Customer service was great though.

My cousin stayed here a few days ago, and he was disappointed with the wi fi being down ever so often.

This place is overrated, the staff at the front desk is rude and non professional! not all but one main staff member that was aggressive and very nasty. I stayed 3 nights and was very disappointed with the service! too much attitudes at this place....the rooms and grounds were beautiful but housekeeping had an attitude when asked one simple question....Breakfast could be better the yam and banana was very tough...the price for a night should be cheaper with all the attitudes at this place. when I spoke with the manager he explained that the hotel was used mainly for training in hospitality and the majority of staff were students but thats no excuse, if they behave that way now imagine when they do get employment at a real job/hotel. Some staff were pleasant but the majority rules and they were nasty and attitude city at this place.

Best place for quiet, Undisturbed, well needed rest. It feels nourishing to bond with nature, waking up to the birds chirping and going out on your balcony and look out over the golf course and it's surrounding.

This is wonderful, affordable and lovely hotel. The view is amazing every morning I got to wake up the beautiful Caribbean sea. The hotel is nestled in hills as such you get a perfect view of runaway bay. The nights were cool and calm. The food was also good and affordable however breakfast is free.

The food was great, room nice but a bit noisy, a bit too close to the road, traffic all night. But overall a great place
