Lovely property for it's size. Beautiful rooms and food is not bad at all

Love the environment and staff are very friendly and helpful. There is a petrol service center just about 5mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is on a hill with a lovely view of the sea. Spa service needs to be requested prior. Accommodation is the lowest in the area.

Food is great. Staff are excellent. We had our wedding ceremony and reception here. We had no regrets. The staff went beyond there call of duty in assisting us for the ceremony. The guest all enjoyed the food that was served.

The food is great! The staff is pleasant and are of a high standard. Because HEART had a training centre next door, the workers are extra nice!

Had a terrible time , where do I begin. The room was disappointing , the only thing that satisfied me was the Air Conditioning. The pool was right at the front of the hotel!!?? As if I'm begging to be the first thing guest see as they come to the hotel. The food was the only decent thing at this place , but where was the entertainment?? Coming to Jamaica and I'm bored?? The wifi was equally as terrible so I could not even entertain myself. Honestly , do better.

I mostly experience the courteous staff, I realize Heart is teaching their students well and would recommend anyone who needs to be tutored in hospitality, food and beverage to go to Heart. At Cardiff it was a breath of fresh air for me. Clean rooms, everything working and available to facilitate your stay.

Was there two days this week for a Principals's meeting service was good and the meals were delicious I enjoyed it, nice scenery also.

Rooms and cobference are are ok. Food should be self served. Not assistd buffet.

The stay there was regrettable. The food was limited and quit frankly barely edible. Customer service, especially at the front desk was all but non existent. The rooms were clearly not cleaned throughly, as the curtains were so dirty the original color was barely
Discernible. You re given two bottles of water upon arrival and don t count on a restocked fridge for 3 days so make it last. All in all it was a horrible experience one I would loathe to repeat, I would never recommend anyone stay there and will not be returning. Five thumbs down!

Get a sea view room. Let your romantic imagination run barely legal. Great dining experience. Staff - I struggle not to give em 5/5!

The ambiance is nice, feels tropical,with lush trees all around the property.Courteous staff.

Great training hotel. The food was amazing!! I will definitely miss the scenery and the food. Student Ajay was my server, he did a fantastic job. Everyone was so professional, courteous and welcoming. The dj was accommodating. We asked for salsa, reggae, calypso and without hesitation he played what we wanted.

The staff is great, attentive to details and very friendly. Won't be disappointed with the staff. Some people say this property is too close to the main road but I think it's ok, the main road is not busy. Nice place to just "chillax" with bae or the family

The hotel is clean and the food is great. The rooms are clean with a very curtious staff. The area is very nice and there is one of my favorite beaches down the road. The pool need a little something but over all it is ok. The rooms are secure with all the convenience that one could ask for. If you are looking for a low key Jamaican experience with good food and good people this is the place to be.

For a great getaway, meetings, fountion dinner. Etc. This is the place, and also great food..

I am not going back .. not on my dollar anyway. If the existing standards and practices are what this 'training institution' is unleashing on the industry, there is no question as to how we are where we are.

To be short, the Cardiff is Incompititence, Rudeness, the Absence of any form of assistance and Lack of customer service ... personified.

It was very nice. The customer service is excellent 20000%. I just think that more activities should be there, especially for the children. They could have had a mini arcade or games room, with like a pool table and some other games. Otherwise from that there food was amazing. Alot of these all inclusive hotel's food isnt what we jamaicans are used to but Cardiff Hotel have those locked. I recommend this hotel anytime

Always a special place in our hearts. We had our honeymoon at the Cardiff back then is was called The Runaway Bay Heart Academy. To this day it is our go to place for fun for the entire family. My 13 year old says she prefers it to an all inclusive anyway. Thanks to the Staff and Management for their hard work and dedication.

Lovely atmosphere, but ordered room service (breakfast) at minutes after 9... and was told at minutes after 11am after waiting, then calling back that breakfast was finished. I would go back, only because the supervisor made sure we had lunch and was very understanding.

Excellent for hosting all your conferences and meetings. Beautiful gardens well manicured and landscaped lawns. The food is good the service is absolutely great!!

I got a massage when I attended a conference there, it was awesome. The view is the icing on the cake though, very relaxing. Definitely worth a trip.
