Nice little mountain village. They have everything you need. The Canyons are not as crowded as park city.

Expensive as can be, not worth it. But good overall experience
Convenient to cabriolet lift, park here and ski both ski resorts!
Stayed here for a work trip. It was beautiful and comfortable! A lovely little home away from home! Having a Fire Place in the room was the best for keeping warm on cold nights! Great scenery and restaurants! Beautiful place! I would love to return some day!
Gorgeous, rustic lodge with cozy rooms and great amenities! We we're lucky enough to stay in a suite that featured a hottub on the wrap-around balcony! Such a fun, unique experience! Beautiful views and close to state parks and resorts!!
Nice hikes and views, very worth the trip to the top.
This is easily the worst ski resort in Utah. It s consistently overcrowded and understaffed. There s only two lifts to get into the mountain and it can take hours to get up and start skiing. I ve left twice because we couldn t get on the hill without waiting ungodly times. The new over and out lift would have been a great way to get 1/3 of skiers up to tombstone, but the middle managers in Broomfield Colorado decided to make a one way lift that ll only get used at the end of the day. Very disappointing decision. The Park City side has a a huge shortcoming for parking making the drive into that side untenable. They clearly do not care about the skier experience.
Really beautiful and convenient to navigate. The New Years celebrations were a blast. Our kids really loved the sleigh ride.
Expensive, logistically complicated. They have a real issue with staff. They were rude to us. Nasty to each other. We ever saw two start yelling at each other. Runs we're fine however tend to the narrow side towards the base with many inexperienced people on the slopes.
Great place to get away for a vacation top notch suites and great customer service
Love this resort! We've been coming here for 12 years now and I'm rarely disappointed. There was definitely a change in the resort when Vail took over, but it's still our favorite place to get season passes.
Good place to stay, heated pool, hot tubs, fire pit, easy access to restaurants and beautiful location.
Beautiful, walk to lift/slopes, accommodating staff. Ski snowboarding rentals on premises. Walking distance to variety of restaurants, Bars & stores.
Super nice get away. It was a great little area to hang out and relax.
Great skiing. The Best place we have been to ski run wise.
The most welcoming set of people, I've ever met. Always willing to help no matter how minute the situation.
Great location. Wonderful pool and hot tub. Room sizes were a little small and beds were horrible. Talked to other people staying there and everyone said all the beds were old and sagged in the middle as of August 2019
I usually love it. Today it smelled like wet ashtrays were poured all over for miles. Maybe the wind knocked down a cigarette post?
Great place to go riding, plan on at least 2-3 days to take in all the possible runs.
Impressive resort hotel and convention center. Plenty of fine dining and recreation available.
Great service, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, and the bathrooms were amazing.
Would have given it 5 but high winds which gave way to frequent mtn lift closures left some disappointment. Was able to get a partial refund on my consecutive day Epic pass though.
What a awesome place! We found snow in July, big deal for us Texans.
The Westgate hotel room was really nice. It was really roomy with a kitchen and plenty of beds for our family of 6. The master bedroom had a really nice jetted tub and a really big bathroom with a huge shower and double sink. It had lots of fun things to do like swimming pools, an arcade, a playground, a spa, yoga studio, gym, adult relaxation pool, and a patio with barbecues. We didn't even get around to doing everything that was available.
I think the main problem with the Westgate was the parking garage and how far you have to walk to get to your room. The layout of the hotel is really confusing and takes a while to get used to, so loading and unloading the car was quite a chore. They do have valet's that will help you park and carry bags to your room though, so that eases some of the discomfort.
Overall, we had a great experience! I would definitely go back.
Great place for a secluded family or corporate getaway. Lots to do in for those who enjoy the outdoors, and for those who don't. Shopping, dinning, and recreational activities all on site. Staff was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. The grounds were clean and well maintained.
Very nice place to visit. Rooms are very comfy and clean. I spent most of my time there in the Pool and jacuzzi. Highly recommended to go spend some time in family.
So the staff was polite however, the service is terrible! You would think that for $50.00 for a bowl of oatmeal and an omlet, the waitstaff would check on the table at least once!!!
It is said that the quality of one's staff is best determined when there is only one customer... we were the only people in tge restaurant, it wasn't like they had anything else to do. I will not return.
The Food was amazing, The staff were friendly , Beautiful just beautiful
Beautiful place, we came in the in between season, which is why I only gave it 4 stars... pretty much nothing was open. But... even though it was pretty much closed the area is gorgeous, the view is incredible, and there looks to be lots to do when in season. I'm sure this place is packed and lots of fun, I'm looking forward to coming back and seeing it all in action another time.
Nice rooms , ours had a little kitchenette in it. The condos are situated at the base of the ski slopes, so there is not too much to do near the condo in the summertime. You can ride the gondola up to the top of the mountain on the weekends, hike a bit, then ride the gondola back down.
Wow love love love this place ... have been going for 20 years in the winter and just (finally) went in the summer this past July. It was fabulous !! Perfect weather, mountain biking, hiking, zip lining, Great food and fun! And well, back to winter: greatest snow on earth. We always stay at The Grand summit which is steps from the Orange Bubble express lift (ski in / ski out).
It was a nice place and the help desk answered all the questions I had and were very kind. The only downside is the parking can be a ways from your room.
Much less crowded than Park City. Food and daily lift tickets are absurdly over priced. Convientent to Salt Lake City and the airport which is a big plus. Generally skiing is pretty good if you know where to go. Lift lines generally are not a problem except for Friday/Saturday.
It was just very frustrating, the whole situation I mean. We came to check in for the first day of our honeymoon. After an hour and a half they found it in their cancellations. Then they gave us your other room (I believe) and after getting all of our stuff up there, the room was a disaste. So they then told us we had to leave for an hour and they would call me when it was ready. So we had to take our luggage back down to the lobby. Then after 2 hours of no call, we went to the front desk and they said our room was ready and had been but they forgot to call us. We finally get to the room and get ready to bathe. There are no bath towels. So I call they say they'll bring them right up, after 30 minutes of not receiving them i call again, almost an hour later they dropped them next to our door. We got there at 4:10 and werent even able to get into our room until 9:30.
It was very frustrating and not a good experience. Westgate then told us they couldn't give us any kind of discount. This was just the first day of our honeymoon.
Really pretty village area. Most things closed 2020 due to covid. Was amazing otherwise.
One of the best locations and amazing service rooms are comfortable and clean.
Excellent runs, fantastic snow. The gondola from the parking to the lift is a nice touch. Skied Park City earlier in the week and just worked my way across to the Canyons. Asplande was my favorite run that day. Long and steep and no moguls.
The canyons are secretly the best spot in Park City. There might be higher peaks at Park City Mountain, but the canyons have longer, less crowded slopes that go for seemingly miles. Some even wind through the houses, roads, and bridges of the condos. At the village, there are great shops for equipment as well as fantastic restaurants and bars for some apres-ski fun, especially on bright sunny days. The ride up to the base from the village is also great with awesome views from the gondola.
The service was prompt & the place was beautiful. Felt like a cozy mountain escape.
I don't know about canyons village, but the Westgate park City resort and spa ,is an amazing establishment.
Beautiful resort even when cold. Disappointed about the arcade never got my money back from the machine not working.
Had a much needed QT there!!! It was Amazing customer service and a wonderful stay.
The golf course would be a fun thing if staying there for a vacation. First few holes are a little Mickey Mouse but back 9 is fun
Conditions are pretty good. Very crowded but that's to be expected this week.
Outstanding customer service! Best in the industry. Accessible from parking lot to chairs, intelligently designed layout, fun and interesting mountain to ski. Highly recommend for medium to advanced riding.
The view at The Canyons are so relaxing and beautiful
Lots of building going on here. Our place is great. Weather's perfect.
Awesome place to take the family. Great food and plenty of things to do and see. Like the rest of Park City it's a little pricey, but you are in PC. Cheers
I met these celebrities here. They shared some wine with me. Dope, bruh.
Westgate Resort and Spa has won awards for their top level service and amenities. It is a popular destination both in winter and summer. There are concerts, a farmers' market, many outdoor activities, skiing, hiking and mountain biking trails (including a lift to take you high in the mountains) activities for children and top notch restaurants. We love bringing our large family there. There is something for everyone.
Great location, professional and courteous staff, close to the slopes and food
Front desk gave me wrong room # had to have employee come give me correct keys but the condo I stayed in was privately owned so had to call another phone # then have to pay extra for housekeeping if needed because condo is privately owned and not by the place I paid for the room. Tv channels kept coming in and out. No mirror in the room only mirror is in the bathroom. The curtain is broken. The coffee bar is open on Sat and Sun only but understandable due to covid. Overall it was okay. Bonus arcade room for kids is a bit pricy but fun. Pools are very nice Drafts burger restaurant on the grounds is really good.
The pool here is nice and warm. Loved the mountain views in all directions.
Loved it. The pools were heated and everything was nice and clean. A nice place for a peaceful relaxing getaway!
Beautiful place with a really nice vibe. Music and outdoor firepits with restaurants and bars. There is even a great kosher restaurant !
Largest resort in the US. Don t waste your time standing in lines at other resorts. Come here to a full parking lot and go find runs that have no one else on them.
Greatest Snow on Earth ! Also all of the food here is great !
Great location, excellent master suite / tub/shower sauna. Really like the full suite experience for a weekend getaway.
Everything was awesome. Hot tubs were nice pools were as well. Staff was amazing. I will be going again and I recommend going to anyone reading this. Amazing place great prices
Kinda feels like they cut a course into the mountain where it wouldn't fit. Short course but VERY challenging if your y not hitting straight. A few holes where you cannot see where the ball lands. Did have fun! Cart path are mostly unfinished.
Everything here was wonderful, however I lost Star for the state of the room we arrived at. We had no power in our bedroom and an extremely loud neighbor whos child continuously screamed for them.
They moved our rooms to an improved location and we do indeed have power throughout.
The city and amenities are wonderful and gorgeous.
The best place to ski in Utah! CV has some great restaurant locations though for you whether you are skiing or not. I definitely think it has something for everyone. Plus there s an awesome hotel there with a fabulous hot tub to hit up post skiing.
Provides access to Canyons skiing. Base area is awful. Hard to get a hot chocolate in the morning. Better in the afternoon when the bars are open. Totally poor design. Park City base is much better!
Great place to ski, and just hang out and enjoy the view.
