I'M LEARNING HOW TO COOK WITH LARGE AMOUNTS OF DIFFERENT SPICES.I JUST SMELL AND TASTE THEM AS I BUY THEM,THEN I WRITE WHAT IT IS FOR ON THE OUTSIDE,.. WHAT I WANT TO TRY IS TO MAKE MY OWN FOODS AND CHART A COOK BOOK WITH THE SPICES I USE AND TELL IF THE FOODS ARE HOT,MILD OR WARM.LOVE YOUR EASY WAY TO ORDER WHAT I NEED.
High quality products company. Their barbeque sauce is our favorite and their Dukes Mayonnaise is the only brand we will buy - a taste like no other. Have loved it my entire life of 64 years.
Shipping and receiving department at this warehouse is a joke. You have an appointment but you get ignored. Poor management
I LOVE DUKE's Mayonnaise! As I said in the commercials I had the opportunity to do, both my grandma's used it, my mama used it, I use it and passed it on to my nephew Wyatt. It makes cornbread moist and my sandwiches the best! I use Duke's in so many ways...too many to list here. Y'all should make the "sugar free" feature more prominent as most folks I mention that to have no idea. Long live Duke's....couldn't live without it. 10 Stars!!
The spices are awesome but the customer service is awful! It takes forever to receive an order and when you call and ask about it they claim it is because of Covid and they have been backed up since November of 2020 but I call bull on that because I have been ordering for almost 3 years now and in the beginning within a week or so you would have your order but over the last 2 years I'm lucky if I get my order within a month time frame. This last order the customer service has been absolutely awful and rude so even though the spices are good since I can't purchase it in any store around me I am going to be going back to McCormick for my seasoning needs and I wouldn't recommend the online ordering from here unless you have a month or two to wait on your order.
I work for your Factory here in Mauldin SC at the Shipping warehouse and i love your products. Especially the sauces that are made for texas roadhouse.
